This place saved the day, open late, and the burgers were really good! (Located inside the casino, and open while other restaurants were closed.) Server was friendly, and the staff worked well together. We sat at the diner counter. Malts were super good! Pepsi vs Coke, but they have Diet Dr Pepper. Burgers were juicy but cooked through. Cheese was melted. Bacon was perfectly cooked. Tater tots were crispy (preferred to their fries). Nice option for a normal, good, meal when at the Casino or in the area.

Food was good, but this time I’d like to pay homage to the staff that was on top of their $hit , making everything seem like a well oiled machine, specifically our waitress, and I apologise in advance if I butchered her name, I’m 64 years old and sometimes my eyes and memory play tricks on me …”Nikki or Nicole” , she was very attentive and on point with everything, her recommendations were phenomenal, our glasses seemed always full, and kept a smile on her face as she floated from table to booth to kitchen, non stop.. she’s the type of waitress that even if the food sucks, we’d eat there regularly, because we know she’ll make us feel home, I hope management sees and monitors these reviews, as I wanted to make certain that this young lays hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, she needs to be studied, and used as an example of how customer service should look like and how the extra mile she went made us a customer for life.. great job and thank you Nicole or Nikki ..I’ll be better next time and will remember your name..

Corporate should be ashamed of themselves for supplying these locations with absolutely disgusting chicken tenders. I came here because I needed a quick meal and when I'm in a pinch I often go to Carl's Jr. or Hardee's because a while back they started serving chicken tenders and most of the time they come out really good and They cost a lot less than here but I figured I go for a change and more than likely they would be better here but they were awful they were actually worse than Carl's Jr. they are disgusting!!!! They were prepared properly but that doesn't matter when the product itself is disgusting junk. Good job corporate you had a customer in the palm of your hands and it's not bad enough you got rid of the tuna melt and I haven't been there for years but then I try your company again and now I doubt I'll be back for another five years after those disgusting chicken tenders that were like dog food.

Love this hamburger restaurant inside of cliff castle casino. Staff is always on it, attentive and friendly, been there about 10 times in the last 6 months and not once have they messed up my fiance and I’s orders yet. Food is always hot and fresh. No complaints about this place at all. Love using my cliff castle cash rewards there too, can get free meals out of it sometimes which is also nice.
It is Johnny Rockets so the food is always good, but it has gotten expensive.

Quick little road trip to Cliff Castle Casino. Went here for the yummy shakes and burgers. The food did not disappoint. The workers did! We were the only ones there, with 6 employees, all of whom were gathered around the "bar" area, very busy on their phones. I had to go to my server, Fantasia, after trying to get her attention for 10 minutes, to get my bill and ask for a to go box. As someone who is in the service industry, this was completely unacceptable.

Dietary restrictions: Ordered a gluten-free hamburger but received a bun with gluten. I ate about 25% before I realized it was not gluten-free. They offered to give me my money back. Never trust a server with your food. Always reverify after you get your food. Lesson learned for me. Up all night throwing up.
