To say the staff at Johnny Rockets was fast and friendly would be an understatement and I’d probably get roasted at the next meeting of “People Who Use an Enlarged Lexicon but Still Can’t Name Groups.” 😄
Here’s the real version: you can tell this team has been working together a long time. Their system is smooth, practiced, and honestly kind of impressive. Even on a busy night, the little hiccups that naturally happen felt like tiny blips, because someone always stepped in. Everyone fit their role perfectly, not because “it’s their job,” but because it felt like they were taking care of the team and the guests at the same time. That kind of teamwork and support is exactly what you want to witness heading into a new year.
Also: my food was delicious. Good ingredients make good food. Full stop. Thank you for making it exceptional.

My husband and I really like stopping here to and from Flagstaff and Prescott, however, we were not the least bit impressed with the waitress having her 4” nails in our food. She was a good waitress but the nails need to go. Grossed us out. She could barely set the plates down on the table. Should not be allowed when making or serving food.

Stepping back into the 1950s, this we’ll known themed diner lives up to your expectations. We were quickly seated, a nice clean booth, and tunes at your command! We were able finish our Long Island Ice Teas from the Strata Bar just a few steps away. Mood was upbeat, Nikki quickly had our Dr. Pepper and Diet Pepsi served. I had a Swiss cheese burger with sauté onions and mushrooms. The best had a grilled chicken sandwich, which was huge and we both had an order of onion rings. The rings were hot, crispy the onions were sweet. Located in the Cliff Castle Casino, there’s plenty of parking. The bowling alley is next to Johnny Rockets, as well as a kid’s arcade. Too much fun, and the food was a bargain!

This place saved the day, open late, and the burgers were really good! (Located inside the casino, and open while other restaurants were closed.) Server was friendly, and the staff worked well together. We sat at the diner counter. Malts were super good! Pepsi vs Coke, but they have Diet Dr Pepper. Burgers were juicy but cooked through. Cheese was melted. Bacon was perfectly cooked. Tater tots were crispy (preferred to their fries). Nice option for a normal, good, meal when at the Casino or in the area.

Food was good, but this time I’d like to pay homage to the staff that was on top of their $hit , making everything seem like a well oiled machine, specifically our waitress, and I apologise in advance if I butchered her name, I’m 64 years old and sometimes my eyes and memory play tricks on me …”Nikki or Nicole” , she was very attentive and on point with everything, her recommendations were phenomenal, our glasses seemed always full, and kept a smile on her face as she floated from table to booth to kitchen, non stop.. she’s the type of waitress that even if the food sucks, we’d eat there regularly, because we know she’ll make us feel home, I hope management sees and monitors these reviews, as I wanted to make certain that this young lays hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, she needs to be studied, and used as an example of how customer service should look like and how the extra mile she went made us a customer for life.. great job and thank you Nicole or Nikki ..I’ll be better next time and will remember your name..

Corporate should be ashamed of themselves for supplying these locations with absolutely disgusting chicken tenders. I came here because I needed a quick meal and when I'm in a pinch I often go to Carl's Jr. or Hardee's because a while back they started serving chicken tenders and most of the time they come out really good and They cost a lot less than here but I figured I go for a change and more than likely they would be better here but they were awful they were actually worse than Carl's Jr. they are disgusting!!!! They were prepared properly but that doesn't matter when the product itself is disgusting junk. Good job corporate you had a customer in the palm of your hands and it's not bad enough you got rid of the tuna melt and I haven't been there for years but then I try your company again and now I doubt I'll be back for another five years after those disgusting chicken tenders that were like dog food.
