Don’t wait for them to call your order. Otherwise you’ll wait another 10 minutes. I forgot to ask for my receipt. They asked my name and then gave me my pizza. the pizza box receipt showed 8:19, i got it at 8:44. 25 minutes for a large pizza.EDIT: you’re better off with subway making your pizza. My pizza was so doughy, it yell “hoo-hoo!” When I bit into it.

Went in to take out a pizza. Stood at the counter at least 10 min. The girl finally came to the counter and just looked at me. I said I wanted to order a pizza, she said something to the effect of I'm here, what do you want? She then said it's going to be 20 min, there are alot of orders ahead of you. I kindly said, never mind and left. Will never go back.

Idk who the manager is. But why say you close at 8pm and advertise it on the door but close 30 minutes early??? Someone needs to get demoted with the quickness. What ever happen to people that actually want to work.

I placed an online order online for the Camp Verde store on 12/9/23 and had my husband go in to pick it up for me. Once approached by an employee, he was immediately thrown a very nasty attitude from a young red headed girl who was working. She was rude and carried a snobby demeanor when handling our food during the pickup/transaction process. He came home with the food and I quickly realized she forgot an item to our order as well. I get people have bad days but to show such a nasty character in a 2 minute transaction is ridiculous. Don’t work at a job that requires people to people contact if you’re not going to take pride in the way you present yourself in the work place. That simple. Mind you, they weren’t busy at all. Our food was the only thing that was waiting for pick up and there was no other customers present at the time. They had only been open not even 30 minutes. Absolutely no excuse to act the way she did and reflects a poor overall character and acceptance of immaturity for the entire store as this hasn’t been our first problem with this particular store. Grow up and learn how to handle things with a better attitude when it comes to working with the public.

So the pizza might be mediocre, but when I can order on the app and pick it up from the kiosk without ever having to wait in line, I choose mediocre. Mostly, I am feeding kids anyway, and they prefer mediocre. Their cheese bread is delicious, so there is that. Love the convenience.

Ordered pizza online after being instructed by the heffe to do that before coming in. I basically bought the supreme. After paying $27 for that pizza, I realized we wanted an order of cheese bread. Online site would not take my order. I used two different cards with plenty of dough. I guess the order was under the minimum order amount? It seems this place has been very difficult for the last couple years. Maybe time for new manager?

This restaurant doesn't answer their phone ever, cant order online as of now and they canceled my daughters birthday pizza order that was placed weeks in advance without notice or reason. There are snoody teenagers when we have gone in to place and order and the environment is unprofessional with music blasting. employees don't have customer service skills and make the customer wait in line while they are screwing off messing around with each other. If given the option I wouldn't even give them one star, the place needs to be closed down!
