Got there it was pretty slow and while waiting for my order. Bam! Every one and there grandmothers show up and it got really busy. But they the staff got control of the very busy crowds and it got slow again. They did a great job.
They didn't pay much attention to my request not to put mayonnaise in my food.

Used the order board. Wanted extra tart or sauce, did not receive it. Other than that the food was good.
We didn't talk to any customer service reps. They were really busy at the time, I would recommend they implement a better number calling system. Specially when it's busy, if you're not paying attention, you have no idea your number is being called out.
