Waiting 15 minutes for a mobile order.... Not sure what the issue might be to delay a simple soda that long

The sign across from me was bent up and broken and my sign was weirdly dirty. They brought it out without ketchup and the burger was smashed literally and it didn't look anything like the picture. There was only one person working there and she was nice but it was clear she was overwhelmed. I thought the meal felt extremely light for $14. Maybe I'm expecting too much.

I walked in to get an Ice cream or shake and was ignored while drive through order were a priority by the 4 persons working. One young lady stood in front of me while I guess locking out of the register, telling the others she was leaving then walked around checking things with the others. I stood there at least 10 min. I finally left even after telling a young man I just wanted a shake. He said he would be right with me and kept restocking things and filling other orders that were waiting for food to be cooked. I was the only person standing there waiting to order!!

One girl trying to run back and forth when there's 15 cars here!! What the hell is wrong with this sonic. Store manager should be ashamed for making that poor girl run back and forth by herself. And then another employee walks in all slow! Wow. Just wow. We waited for 25 minutes for 2 slushie. Hire more people or shut down this is crazy. Pay that girl more she got everything done by herself! She NEEDS A RAISE.

Got there at 11:45 pm hungry with no other options as everything else is closed. Sonic is supposed to be known as the place open late where you can get decent food reliably. However they refused to take my order and said they had taken their last order even though they close at 12:00 am. Saying that cleaners were coming so they had to close early. Honestly terrible customer service. If you need to close early then advertise that you close at 11:30 pm not 12:00am. Thanks for ruining ning my night.

We pulled in and pressed the order button with 20 mins left til closing and they shut off the lights .. not open til 1 am like website says

Haley was so considerate polite caring when I had no cash and my cards would not swipe. Unfortunately the restaurant doesn't take TAP and that's how I live now lol During a second visit Adrionna was friendly sweet and got my order right and fast!! This fast food places is the BEST in Northern Arizona!
left without ordering because the dining area and counter was so dirty. It looked like current dirt and debris but also accumulated grime. I honestly felt scared to eat the food and embarrassed that tourists may stop and judge the town based on this impression. Is the management held to any standards or health inspection? I've never seen a dirtier restaurant.

CHRIS IS THE LEBRON JAMES OF SONICS!! Come here pretty late sometimes to get a grilled cheese and dude is hopping around the place like sonic hedgehog taking orders, making the food and bringing it to you!! Dude legit needs a raise or reward. Would recommend when he’s on shift to anyone! Photo shown is a perfect representation of him! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
