Really disappointing after a long wait in the drive thru to receive only 2/3 of a cup of coffee

I actually went to the one off highway 69 in Prescott Valley . The guy corrected my order no questions asked. He suggest we might not have heard each other correctly. Very true, I received my hearing aids the next day. I am grateful the young man did not make it into a big deal.

Didn't need any coffee but needed a toilet ( Pronto!) And the nice kid behind the counter gave me the combo to the very nice spotless bathroom, I thanked him & tired him 2.00 when I left,thanks again !

Worst Starbucks for running out of everything. The Manager "Molly" If she is one should go back to being a barista and get a clue on Customer Service, Communication and representing the Starbucks brand. Super disappointed, dissatisfied.Not sure if it was a bad day for her but... yah.. Booooo to you Camp Verde Starbucks.. Oh wait its not your fault - "we cant help it if our distributors don't have the product" What a line of crap.. Thank you Starbucks for assisting me in saving $250-$300 a month. I'll make my own from now on.

Got there at 7:57 we drove fast to get there and they said they were closed? I know it's only 3min but not cool! Just needed some espresso this was a bunk experience and hopefully you won't have it happen to you. If you do post it and maybe they will change the hours to close at 7:57 not 8. Just saying. We drove 15min out of our way to stop by so it hurts even more.

Super convenient off the freeway. This sounds terrible, but the main reason…. besides the coffee…. was we needed to use the restrooms. Good news! They were spotless… and CLEAN! The coffee was delicious and the service was incredible!

Expensive, love the cakepops, however 3.25 is a bit much each, one cant even get a discount by purchasing a large volume, choc croissants are good as well as veggie sandwiches but fillings are minimal. Very slow through the drive through.
