Hours seem to randomly change and never been updated. Drove 30 minutes out of my way to be told they changed their hours again today and we're closed, but they didn't bother to update their hours online.
2nd time this has happened in 2 years.
I thought starbucks was a humble and polite chain but nevermind. My opinion changed today. It is my husband’s birthday and the guy at counter didnt make a small effort wishing him.
Secondly, the toast I ordered, their basic grilled toast, it was all soggy and stale. It was a pick up order thus we could not return and make the changes then and there. The coffee that I ordered, it was all cold though I ordered a hot caramel macchiato. My experiences lately at Starbucks are really going bad to worse.
I guess these guys need to up their game!

Kayla provided excellent customer service! She is such a pleasure. Our brief encounter made my afternoon! And my drink truly hit the spot!!! I highly recommend this place as a stop on your travels for a beverage and excellent customer service!

I made an online order. Went in to pick it up. There were 5 people in there and they gave my coffee to the wrong person. I waited and waited until someone finally said I think we gave it to the wrong person. Then I waited an additional 15 minutes for my coffee while everyone except on person was actually making coffee. When the gave my coffee to someone else they should have made me a new one asap not made me wait while one person made all the coffees for everyone else.

Faye was incredible! I forgot to order caffeine free.....I will be up all night if I drink caffeine this late. :-) She remade my drink for me and didn't even make me pay again! What a blessing!
Busy location compared to others. This is more of a tourist Starbucks.
Got the Carmel crunch, extra Carmel and double blended. It was not very sweet and the drink didn't seem like they added enough liquid there wasn't much to it. Tasted more ice the liquid.
Also got the breakfast wrap which was very bland. But I know they don't make these by hand, but probably won't order food from Starbucks again. Pretty disappointing.

I come to this Starbucks regularly (every other day) and order the same thing every time. Every time I get my same order they make it completely different and wrong. Some days it’s good, most times it seems like they just forgot the syrup in my latte and it tastes bad. I’ve ordered Carmel Frappuccino’s and gotten what I’m sure is a mocha instead or no syrup just a coffee Frappuccino. Everyone is nice but there is no quality control. For the price of good coffee you want it to be made right. It’s very inconsistent and I now have to go into bashes to get my drink made the right way consistently. I’ve also heard the same issue from others who ordered here and are disappointed not getting what they ordered.

Drinks were great. We order 2 identical drinks, and one came out almost instantly while the other room 12 more minutes. Seemed odd. When we mentioned we were still waiting thw made it ASAP and added extra love. Bith drinks turned out great, regardless of any waiting difference

Unfortunately, we came to this Starbucks, because we needed some water. Our local Starbucks in Tucson, Arizona, always offers water. Especially in hot climates, the barista on the clock said she would get fired for giving us water. It was June 28th, at 4:30 PM. Very disappointed in this community for not offering water. Happy Independence Day to a veteran & wife

That boy has no business being in a customer service position.
I usually go there everyday day. But if he's there I will not buy anything.

I used to love coming to this Starbucks. Not sure if it’s new management or what, but they employees are ALWAYS so rude. They always mess my order up, and then get mad when I tell them. There’s a couple employees that are sweet including cecilia & her sister. But other than that, bad customer service.
