Typical truck stop restaurant. Food was to be as expected, just okay. Bread tasted a bit dry & a day old. Bathrooms were gross.

Went in to get dinner tonight and the sandwich artist was touching his face and the POS system with his gloves on then he proceeded to walk over to try and finish my sandwiches. I asked him to change his gloves since he had been touching everything in sight. He copped an attitude and proceeded to tell me that his POS system was sanitized. I can clearly see that the POS system is dirty and covered in dust, it is not sanitized. You are not supposed to touch anything with your gloves on except for food, when you're ready to ring a customer up you take your gloves off and throw them away! You do not touch every single thing in the restaurant including your face with your gloves then go over and try to make somebody's sandwich. Stop being disgusting and quit acting like your customers are stupid and are going to believe that you sanitize your nasty POS system.

Server kept touching his face and register with the gloves he made my sandwich. Which he cut horizontally? When I brought it up and wanted a refund, server refused. I want my money back I spent 30 dollars for two sandwiches that I threw away for the lack of hygiene!

It is subway, food was made quickly. The employees talked to each other while I was ordering. Still made the sandwich how I wanted it. Would eat there again.

Terrible service by cashier. System issues, we waited 15 mins for cashier to call Frankie (assuming owner) to reset the system. No consideration for others time. Ended up leaving. Suggest a contingency plan be put in place, Cashier said I couldn't pay cash because he didn't know the tax rate.

Very poor Customer Service. Ordered online so order would be ready and when to pick up just to wait an hour just so they can say we can get to it, we’re too busy… I walked out because they couldn’t help me cancel my order. This is the second time coming to this location and my experience was horrible both times. Beware if you are placing an order at this location!!!!!

I wanted to get broccoli cheese soup. They said they were out and might not have it anymore. They did not show any interest in helping the ciistomers. The sign says they have it but have not been àble to get it lately. They did have workers that would get it for us but not seen them there lately. The staff tonight thought the workers we know were not working there anymore and did not take ownership. I was very disappointed tonight. I hope they have better service next time.
