Very poor Customer Service. Ordered online so order would be ready and when to pick up just to wait an hour just so they can say we can get to it, we’re too busy… I walked out because they couldn’t help me cancel my order. This is the second time coming to this location and my experience was horrible both times. Beware if you are placing an order at this location!!!!!

I wanted to get broccoli cheese soup. They said they were out and might not have it anymore. They did not show any interest in helping the ciistomers. The sign says they have it but have not been àble to get it lately. They did have workers that would get it for us but not seen them there lately. The staff tonight thought the workers we know were not working there anymore and did not take ownership. I was very disappointed tonight. I hope they have better service next time.

I made a mobile order. I went to pick up my order, and one of the sandwiches was completely wrong. I showed the worker the sandwich I got and what my receipt said. She got mad at me like it was my fault she made my sandwich wrong. This isn't the first time this has happened, either.

This was the worst bread I’ve have ever had at a Subway store. Crumbled every time you took a bite. It was definitely day old or more bread. Staff was not prepared and was inefficient. This was definitely the worst sub I’ve ever had from subway. Order 3 subs all of them were bad. Will definitely never stop at this subway again. All prior trips that we have eaten at this store have been good for the most part, but this one time is definitely bad enough for me to make the decision never to grace the doors of this business again.

Wore gloves but no hair nets and all but one had large beards and shaggy head hair. Wouldn't be surprised if people find wirey hairs in their food. Skimmed on the meats and veggies for the foot longs and used dirty knifes to cut the subs. Not really worth the switch from Taco Bell who just wouldn't serve anyone. Must be all the food joints in the area.. except LC

My recent experience at Subway was ruined by the behavior of an employee named Carlos. I must say that his attitude was nothing short of rude and condescending, and it greatly tarnished the reputation of Subway in my eyes.From the moment I entered the store, Carlos seemed disinterested and irritated. When I asked about the menu options, he responded curtly and seemed annoyed by my questions.It's disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism from an employee, especially at a franchise known for its customer service.

I called Thursday night, exhausted from a 12 hour shift and requested to place an order for a Sandwich. I was told (by a real live human being) I could only order online or through the app. My reply,"Well, I can't drive and use the app at the same time so, peace out". How do I know that subway doesn't want my business? Because not only did the real live human being NOT offer to take my order, but actually chastised me for driving and talking on the phone... as if bluetooth wasn't invented a zillion years ago! Thanks, Subway! The next time you need a nurse, I recommend telemedicine.
