Customer service was INCREDIBLE. Let’s be real, if you’re going to Taco Bell you probably know what to expect from the food, but this service team takes it above and beyond. Each time I come here I feel warmly welcomed and quickly helped. Taco Bell makes up about a third of all my meals, and this one stands out as truly spectacular

They make you order on a kiosk but you have to fill your own drink even though you have to ask for the cup and probe they haven't got one plus if you order sauce they don't give them to you.

The worst meal i have ever had at Taco Bell. I had the crispy chicken avocado ranch burrito. And a cheesy fiesta potato bowl
1st make the food like the picture on the menu.
2nd the chicken was so overcooked, it was hard and difficult to break apart by chewing it.
3rd the potatos were undercooked.
4th and lastly they didn't give me a receipt. I mistakenly assumed it would be in the bag when she didn't hand it to me. Normally i would have asked for it. But it has been a long day and I'm tired.

Food was great..ordered on the app and waited near counter..they never called out that my order was ready. 3 other people had the same problem...all the food was kept out of site until you asked for it.

Horrible customer service and scammed us out of $45. Gave us the wrong order so charged us $45 for three tacos and three quesadillas?? We went inside to complain and Miss Jessica was tweaked out of her mind And refused to make any accommodations for overcharging us and not giving us the right order. She said she won’t do anything and the best she’ll do is wait for the authorities to get there??? We literally just asked for our food and Miss Jessica Tweaker lady threatened to call the cops???

3 Enchiladas and an order of fiesta potato. Wrong billing and wrong order gave 3 burrito instead and that too previously made. Not fresh. Wouldn’t recommend.
