Fast food keeps getting worse. Wendy’s isn’t what it used to be but the service here is better than most. Appreciate being able to order with a real person and not a screen. I was thankful for fresh fries… this time.

It was terrible. We placed our order after waiting in line about 15 minutes with only one person in front of us and then our order was wrong and I went up to get the stuff that was missing there was one person in front of me so I was waiting patiently and he and I were totally ignored while they took care of people in the line and they never came up there for almost 20 minutes one of them looked at us and said we'll be with you when we can I had ordered a baked potato with butter and sour cream and gotten neither. I was from out of town and wanted to head home so I did not ask for another potato, or to heat it up again so we just left a young man finally came in who I think had been on lunch and helped and he was very nice but the two women that were there about 5:00 we're not friendly at all this was on June 23rd terrible service

Got here and waited 30 minutes for the incorrect order to be handed off. Went inside and the lady behind me was complaining about the same thing. Apparently seperate orders around me had the same issue. One had already left with the incorrect order. They started preparing the order again for the lady behind me after asking which reciept was hers. She pointed it out to them, but handed her my order again. So they had to start all over. Just mess. They offered no relief for the mistakes or lost time, and I was just happy to get out of there.

Worst Wendy’s food was incorrect twice, instead of asking to help me or can I take your order at drive thru staff asked me to hold on for 7min, then when it came it was way below par. Came once in the evening at dusk, and again months later at noon

Had a spicy chicken sandwich and it was so delicious super fresh. Such fast service an clean bathrooms. Manger an crew were so friendly.

Drive thru cashier was rude and impatient, to the point another worker got on the mic to try to take my order. They both started talking over each other. I also didn't get my water which was 1/2 of my order, so that was sad
