Continues to be the worst fast food location in the verde valley, that's definitely saying alot. Not only did I have to continuously repeat myself while ordering food I also got "that it" with this annoyed tone after everything I ordered. Once I got my food the lady at the window just walked off.... I literally had no idea if the transaction was completed or not. So I checked my bags, thankfully. Noticed I didn't have my nuggets yet. While sitting there another lady walks up with attitude and tone in her voice "did you need something?". Pulling away i even discovered my fries are stale and cold. Like wow. Absolutely horrible service and attitude for just trying to be a customer. Save your money and go Absolutely anywhere else. Had to come back to add no bacon on my bacon double stack and no bbq sauce packs.

Wendy’s is sad. When they are run well, they’re awesome. Most are not, this is one of the latter. Burger was ok, chili was good and hot but ruined by some sprinkled cheese that turned into a stringy mess with every spoonful. Iced tea was labeled made that morning and it was spoiled. Kitchen and dining area were dirty. Every time I try a Wendy’s, I say I won’t do it again. My mistake today.

As most people have been coming to Wendy's for a long time. And one of my go-to for probably the last 20 years is the asiago chicken club sandwich. Wow it is so disgusting now! I think it was freed maybe at some point in his lifetime and now it's just microwaved. In the sauce used to be really good and now it's just some kind of bland junk that's on the sandwich. And $9 just for the sandwich!!!! My friend got the biggie bag that came with a tiny hamburger chicken nuggets adept and french fries and a drink. Again another restaurant I probably will never come to again.

Guy at drive through was less than enthusiastic. Food was all cold, we had to pull up and wait and the food was cold? Does not make sense. Maybe because he brought out the food for the other 2 cars behind us as well. Sucks!
It was a good meal for a hamburger and fries. Too little ice in drink but meal was ok.

I've never been more frustrated with a drive thru employee. I live in camp Verde and often frequent this Wendy's but after today I'll never be back! I simply ordered a large chocolate frosty in the drive thru and the employee repeated my order except she said "large chocolate Latte" I corrected her and she continued to say "Latte" we went back n forth multiple times because I wanted a frosty but she persisted with "latte" I canceled my order and left. I'll never be back to this location

If I could give zero stars I would. Listen, I’m not expecting to be swept off my feet by a Wendy’s, but this has to be the worst experience I’ve had here by far. Food was cold and had been obviously sitting for a while, every single table was dirty, the cashier was rude and clearly annoyed that I asked for a rag to wipe down the table we were sitting at. I don’t typically feel compelled to write reviews, even if everything sucks, but dang, I guess I’m a little impressed with how terrible my experience was. Oh well.

We went in for a chocolate shake. The machine was not working properly. The service was good but when we complained they offered to change it. They also messed up our order. They did not offer to give us our money back.

Wendy's has very good food. They have a baked potato, French fries? And you can take any of their sandwiches and substitutes a bunch of vegetables with a slice of cheese or if you're vegan, you don't have to have cheese on the sandwich but they can make it into a veggie sandwich, they do not have veggie burgers. Or Patty's there, but they can turn the sandwich into a veggie sandwich with lettuce tomatoes, pickles. And that's what I do when I order a hamburger there. I have them take the Patty out and replace it with extra vegetables. So it makes a really good sandwich. And then I order with French fries. Or aside salad that is very good and like I said, they have a big potato that's good. They have all kinds of salads that you can substitute the meat out with no meats and have a very good salad or like I said, with the sandwiches, just say no Patty and extra vegetables. And it's very good and they also have a frosty.That's very gso I definitely recommend it as a place to eat. And as I said, it does have vegan vegetarian options. For those kind people like me
