Fast food keeps getting worse. Wendy’s isn’t what it used to be but the service here is better than most. Appreciate being able to order with a real person and not a screen. I was thankful for fresh fries… this time.
We went in for a chocolate shake. The machine was not working properly. The service was good but when we complained they offered to change it. They also messed up our order. They did not offer to give us our money back.
Wendy's has very good food. They have a baked potato, French fries? And you can take any of their sandwiches and substitutes a bunch of vegetables with a slice of cheese or if you're vegan, you don't have to have cheese on the sandwich but they can make it into a veggie sandwich, they do not have veggie burgers. Or Patty's there, but they can turn the sandwich into a veggie sandwich with lettuce tomatoes, pickles. And that's what I do when I order a hamburger...
