This is my wife's thirty year going there for her birthday. Party of party of ten. The waitress was doing 5 parties by yourself. She was awesome. I asked for fish and chips. That's usually three or four fish and fries. I said I wanted potatoes instead. I got one potato and 2 strip of fish that it . Oh, the food was very good, but it seemed like the porsches with everybody's dish were very small . And they forgot my dessert. At the end, the waitress said my apologies, she was very busy and she will pay for all of are desserts. I hope the manager didn't make her do that. Or maybe we misunderstood her Because it was not her that's fault . I felt she could OF have more help. that would be very embarrassing, not the waitress to fix. Oh I know the lady manager went up to my wife and sad. Oh you sill celebrate birthdays. I thought that was very rude. Where I work?I see at least hundred customers a day. In cassagram. At this point I do not recommend that place with that manager said to my wife.

We have been going to The Angry Crab Shack In Casa Grande since it opened 2-3 years ago. The food is great, atmosphere family friendly, the staff is very good.
However, the last time we ordered food for pick up a few weeks ago, our order was not right. We asked for an of green lipped mussels, received blue mussels. We ordered regular onion rings, received spiced onion rings.
Other than this one slip up, The Angry Crab Shack Casa Grande is very good.

I’m assuming I will be one of few to tell the truth about this location but someone needs to hear it. I purchased a seafood boil on 7/27 that had shrimp, snow crab, sausage, corn, and potato. Ate about 1/2 serving and I got full, so I put the rest away for a later time. About 30 minutes later, I had to run to the restroom and painfully expel what I had just consumed. This lasted for about 5 hours. Next came the vomit. Could not sleep through the night and felt terrible afterwards. This was the only thing I had eaten that day. To top it off, I am 7 weeks pregnant and can’t risk the possibility of having gotten a food borne illness from their unsafe handling or bacteria contaminated seafood. This worried me to the point where I consulted with my doctor and an attorney. I contacted the restaurant and Wendy, the manager, said sorry this happened and that was all. I am so unsatisfied by this location’s service, safety handling, and food. They care about the profit and their image than the safety of customers. There’s no way for Wendy to know what went wrong with my bag and how it was prepared versus the others. Now I am on my way to the ER to have tests performed to take this one step further.

My wife and I had such a great experience! Our waitress, Kassandra, was amazing! She was so helpful as it was our first time there, and she made sure we were well taken care of! The food was absolutely delicious and we will definitely be returning!

The food was amazing, it was my first time trying crab with my family and I definitely wasn’t disappointed in the quality of what I did try, however the service was mid. Our waitress was Kass/Kassandra and we expressed to her how it was my first time here and my first time trying crab, she seemed passive/rude towards my excitement and didn’t bother to check on us at all during our experience, never asked if we were doing okay, didn’t see if we wanted to order anything else or refill our drinks etc, she was very unpleasant and seemed more interested in working the bar than with as at a table. Very disappointed on her behalf.

Food and service was really good. A bit pricey and not a place to go all the time if you have a budget but great for every once in a while treat.
We usually eat here about twice a year as a treat. This time, we were a little disappointed. Now that it's summer, close the dang doors, keep it cool, and keep the Flys out. Was kinda gross trying to eat with them buzzing around the food. Sadly, not all seafood boils are the same. Crab, lobster, and shrimp all have different cook times. Everything was overcooked and rubbery. We couldn't finish the fresh oysters between the bugs and sand. Prices have also increased yet without anything being improved. Unfortunately we won't be returning. I'll happily pull up my sleeves and make a proper Louisiana boil for under 100$ with all the fixings. The only saving grace is the staff. Their always pretty good and attentive. Otherwise this isn't 200+$ worth of food. The hubby stopped for a burger on the way home.

I came in today for my lunch around 450 the restaurant. It was kind of full, but not extremely packed. I asked to sit in the area that didn’t have many people in it due to the fact that I don’t like being overcrowded I was told that they didn’t wanna sit me on that side because the server they didn’t wanna have him move too much but the crazy thing is there was already a family over there. I’m not understanding how they could serve the family that’s already over there, but they couldn’t serve me one person honestly it just made me not even wanna eat there because they couldn’t explain why a family of six could sit over there, but I couldn’t sit at a two person table minding my business

Great food & amazing service! My hubby & I have never been to an Angry Crab Shack before. Our waiter, Sim, was great. He explained the menu, served our appetizer & food quickly, & refilled our sodas fast!
We both decided to try the fried calamari & it was delish! The cocktail sauce was perfect. I decided to get the shrimp basket with fries & potato salad while my hubby had the fish & chips basket with fries & beans & rice. Both were perfectly cooked & tasted so good!
The restaurant itself is very clean with indoor & outdoor seating. The bar is huge & the booth we were sat at was comfortable.
Highly recommend if you're wanting good seafood! Will definitely be back to try the seafood boil next time!
