When you walk in you see the Hostess looking like a scene from Vampire, black lipstick, and ridiculous eyeliner. Not a good look when i come to spend an easy 150. Then to the Food. Nothing but grease, had to dig for the garlic and when we got it it was tasteless.. the Mesa Location has their recipe down way better. my son and i were so sick for 2 days after eating here, as both of us had to vomit to feel better. Not impressed and next time ill drive to Mesa! Casa Grande Location, Get your act together. The Waiter guy was awesome though!

Found ourselves in Casa Grande last night and as usual, need someplace to relieve that hunger. Angry Crab Dhack won the search this night. We have ate at other Angry Crab Shack before, this 1 was our 1st time and we were not disappointed. I have a general rule about not eating at restaurants 1 hour before they close, when ibwent inside to check the atmosphere and to double check their hours since many times the listing hours have been incorrect, I was met by Justin who was very pleasant and welcoming, I said it is approaching my 1 hour rule, he said, don't worry about that, we will be happy to take care of you. Take care of us they did. Food was delicious. For me, mild/medium sauce was the right amount of 🔥 🥵. There are 3 spice flavors above that, im not sure I want to be that brave and try the ghost hot if medium was pushing it for me 😅. Plenty of seating with a lot of table space to handle just about any size of family, friends, or meeting groups. Fair amount of parking since there are other venues within this place, however, most of them are day time only businesses so if you go in the evening it should not be an issue. Justin provided excellent service so if and when we return, we will be requesting him for sure. We were basically done w/ 15 mins before closing and not the last ones out...so minor pat on our backs as I would hate to be the ones holding people up from going home to their families. Restrooms are a bit small, however clean and appearance wise nice. If you drink, their bar is rather spacious. Bring a sharpie and leave your mark on their walls. The markings are everywhere 🤣 Glad we stopped in.

The food and service was amazing. The only thing I could've done without was how loud it got when they announced birthdays. I will absolutely be going back soon. I highly recommend their seafood boils.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid-friendly. A great place to take the entire family for a birthday dinner or just a nice outing together.

When an older person comes in and needs to order soft foods from the kids meal because of dental or medical issues; just do it. Be glad we came to eat. Others at our table ordered off the regular menu. Thanks to the GM because she finally let me order off the kids meal.

We go there a lot and haven't been disappointed yet. The lobster crostini appetizer is delish. It's a cold salad on warm toast. My husband loves the gumbo. Very reasonable too.
Definitely try the fried corn bread vanilla sundae it's wonderful.
I could do without the loud rock music though.

So, I'm new to Casa Grande, and have been hearing about this place from locals and my family about how it's really good... Went in and met another couple there, and had by far the worst service experience I've ever been a part of. Highlights:
-Took close to 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that someone was sitting down at the table we were at
-We decided to order right then when they took the drink order because we didn't know when we would see them again to get the order in
-Drinks still took another 10 minutes to come out
-Food took almost 40 minutes to come out after the drinks, to the point we were wondering if the server even put the order in to the kitchen
- Gumbo fries were absolutely awful, one bite and decided we were done with that.
-Other food I personally had was not all together bad, came out hot, just took a full on year to actually get it.

Now for some benefit of the doubt things, possibly... Still not happy but, maybe there are reasons.
We were sat down by the hostess in the bar section, without being asked if that was ok, knowing the bartender would have to be our server. Maybe he was overwhelmed having to tend and run for 5 tables. I give him that.
The place was busy, but not packed enough to warrant wait times as long as there were. They had a constant line of people waiting near the host stand to be seated, when half the restaurant could have accommodated them.

Just wanted to give both sides of a beyond forgettable experience, but personally, I wouldn't go back there.

I ordered the catfish poboy with redbeans and rice which was an extra $2.50 for a 4 once container and it was bland had no seasonings at all. The catfish had no seasonings either totally bland taste. I will never order from there again. Expensive prices for bland tasteless food.

The food is good would be a better vibe if they played more music then 80s music . They always play the same old music.

I ordered fried clams ( they were not bad, not good) and a piece of catfish. Never in a million years would I imagine a restaurant that exclusively serves seafood would serve me catfish that was so old that it was like jello. It had no texture, and it just was like mush in my mouth. I had to spit it out. Awful 😖

The food was excellent, a bit pricey yet it was expected due to market price for seafood. The staff was friendly, courteous and very informative. It was a great dining experience.

Waitress was annoyed we were waiting for important clients to show up was very pushy to take our order. Food was good but all the graffiti created a 'dirty' atmosphere
