This is my second time ordering a pizza bagel and the assumption that I wanted pepperoni was on their due to my religion and allergies I don't eat pork. Again I never ordered pork called got bagel remade they remade it work said in 10 minutes, had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my bagel to be made so in total 20 minute then they made bagel waited until it was done to tell me the bagel was made not in my choice but their choice. I never felt soupset first it's the pork then the audacity to make changes I never asked for been on hold for over 5 minutes to speak with management again. Had to waste my gas on a second trip for the bagel not to be made right and the work knew what bagels they had and could of easily informed me to make a new choice but they took that to

If you haven't been here yet (they are coming up on their 1 year anniversary) put this on your list for breakfast/brunch. If you are coming during their busy time (before 10 am) you can now order online and skip the wait.

I was really excited to try this place. I like to support locally owned businesses. However from the moment I walked in it was a horrible experience. No one greeted me and when they did it was with so much attitude in their greeting. This was my first time there and had no idea how the ordering process worked and even I expressed that I was told the options are right in front of you and she pointed to a board. When my order was ready she just pointed to it and said here. I don't think I would ever go back, not even if it was the only bagel place in town.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! My Aunt and I showed up a little after 1pm, and they only had a couple bagels left. The owner asked if we didn't mind waiting, she would make whatever we want. My Aunt had an Asiago with avocado spread and I had a cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut spread. And oh my, so worth the wait. It was hands down the best bagel I have ever had! My Aunt loved hers too. The coffee was also amazing. My #1 new favorite spot when visiting Casa Grande. If you expand, please come to Tucson first! Great service too!! I can't forget to mention that! Above and beyond!
First time visit… So glad to see a bagel shop here in Casa grande… Fresh to order bagels and so many choices… Greeted by a warm and friendly staff… Marissa helped us with our first order… I had a bagel whole wheat bagel with avocado, and my wife had a cinnamon raisin with cream cheese toasted… And the coffee was so fresh you could almost here the beans being ground in the kitchen to make this fresh cup of coffee… The flavor of the bagels are straight out of the oven fresh… And as I mentioned, the coffee is fresh and flavorful as well… I’ll put up a few pictures of what you can order as the variety of coffees and drinks are plentiful… As well as plenty of bagel types… But some days you have to come early if you have a favorite… As they go fast… Love the staff they’re so warm and friendly and very helpful… A great addition to the Casa grande area.

Going to The Bagel House is like coming home. The warm atmosphere, the staff know my drink order upon seeing me. The bagels, wow talk about having a fresh baked and so many to choose from. They are fabulous as stand alone bagel to a sandwich or even a sweet bite, so many choices. I go in as often as possible.
