Ordered online for delivery and ended up having to go pick up my $70 order at the Barro's at the Promanade because online o.rder was sent to wrong store and when I called the store the staff said they had nothing to do with it and I had to come pick it up even though it's 30 minutes away
Been there and dined in, and also picked up pizzas numerous times. Always good and never disappointed. Brought some friends in from out of state . The really thought the pizza was very good. Thanks again
On Friday, 4/25/25 at approximately 4:30 PM, I entered the restaurant for the first time. I was there to pick up a call-in order for a large pizza, ranch dressing, and a Coke. I was in a huge hurry and quite honestly, I was very rude and entitled on the phone when I was speaking to Addison. I was also very sorry for the way that I spoke to her.
When I arrived, I noticed how extremely busy the restaurant was. It was full of dine-in and carry-out customers....
