Since I was a teenager I've been frequenting Big wa. I can say whole heartedly they are my favorite establishment in all of Casa Grande. Not only is the food selection various and utterly delicious, the service is outstanding. And now an adult bringing my child, he's befriended the staff and they are so kind to him even if he's fussy. They are golden hearted and all around a great place to eat at or take to go. Highly recommend them always for anyone.Kid-friendliness: They are all so gentle and kind to children of any age. It's appreciated to know my child is welcome no matter what.

Coming from Phoenix, I met some friends and family for Christmas as it was a perfect in-between meeting spot. Service was good and food was great. Spare ribs delicious, pass on the spring rolls. We had several other entrees that were very good. Will consider this a good meeting place when you want o visit friends but don't have much time to travel between Tucson and Phoenix.

I guess we're just used to California Chinese food/flavor..based off the pictures it looked really good, the taste however is just not there. It was our first time going, we went for take out and the customer service was not good. We felt rushed and since we were confused on how to order they were a bit rude. Once I told them it was our first time there they explained things a bit better but we still didn't feel confident when we were done ordering. For the price you do get a good about of food however like I said before, the flavor is just not there. The "hot & sour" sauce for the egg rolls looks like something a child would play with, the color is off putting and the "hot & sour" soup is just sour. We don't plan to visit again unfortunately.

The service is so fast and you will leave with a full bellyIf you like Chinese food this is a must try location.Vegetarian options: Dishes are made to order. You can order without me at.Parking: Since the building is small the parking lot is not very big but we have never had an issue being able to park.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the entrance.
