Had a bit of a rough go on this visit. Our waitress started strong, but couldn't finish. We had trouble finding her, then flagging her down to solve an order question, and then we waited the longest time for her to get anywhere near us again to get our bill. When she realized I was upset, she did a roundabout drop/slap and run to deliver my card and receipt back to me. Not exactly a class act. Probably had a rough day before I arrived. Who knows. Food was OK. Some sauces have changed. Not for the better. I used to go to BWW a LOT, but have tapered off. This visit did not make me want to hurry back.

I have to say they've improved quite a bit since I was last here a couple years ago.. the service still needs improvement but it's better than it was and also the bacon Mac and cheeseburger is absolutely phenomenal!!

Good day,
This is my second time ordering online from this location, and for the second time, an item was missing. The first time it was a burger, and now it was a cheesecake. This raises concerns about the accuracy and quality control of your online order process. I’m not leaving this review out of anger, but to bring attention to a recurring issue. I strongly encourage management and staff to implement better checks before sending out orders to avoid further mistakes. Customers deserve to receive exactly what they paid for. I live 20 minutes away, so going back to fix the issue isn’t exactly convenient. Food was great overall! Shout-out to the chefs.

The staff do their best to accommodate even during the busiest of times and that effort deserves 5 stars nonetheless, great service, clean environment and the atmosphere is fun always have the best selection of games to watch...wings could use more sauce at times ,still tasty and appreciate it. I went in with my family and ordered wings. They came out cold to the touch, so I sent them back. Five minutes later they brought “new” wings that didn’t even look right. I only had three wings before stopping.

At 4 a.m. the next morning I woke up violently ill, vomiting nonstop and unable to even keep down water. After going to the doctor, I was diagnosed with salmonella poisoning. I missed three days of work, couldn’t care for my son, and was too sick to do anything around the house.

When I called the store to explain (kindly!) and ask for a refund, the manager was extremely rude. She told me I needed a doctor’s note to even consider a refund—and that it would go to some board for approval.

We’ve been loyal customers here for a long time. We always tip well and visit often. To be treated like this after getting food poisoning from their wings is absolutely outrageous. The complete lack of accountability or care from management is insane.

Buffalo Wild Wings, do better. No one should have to beg for a refund after being poisoned at your restaurant.

Takes a while to get your food but worth it once you do

I've ordered from them four times since I've moved to Casa Grande every single time I've gotten my order it's missed something in the bag today I ordered and they forgot my drinks. I won't be ordering or going there anymore.

Every time I come here, the food is always really great. The only problem is that the waiters do take a little long and sometimes they don’t always check up on you so you’re just waiting for your food. It takes maybe like half an hour for your food to actually get there from when you order it so a little while but other than that the food is always great there.

It’s been 3 years coming this place, however recently past 2 months ordering and lack of sauce in the wings, at first they were very good wings however look at the pictures and last couple of times noticed that they put very little almost nothing sauce on the wings
