7/3/2025 Just went and not only did they mess up my girlfriend’s burger and put ketchup and mustard on it even though the receipt said no to both, they even forgot to put the bacon i paid extra for on both my whopper jr’s. On top of that the mozzarella fries are so overcooked that the cheese bursted out and they taste burnt. Just horrible not even worth the time to go back and get a refund.

Gross!! I ordered the dragon whopper and this is the second time I get a stale bun! It’s so annoying. 3rd time won’t be a charm because I will not be returning. This place sucks!!!

5/29/25 @ 12:45ish.. my hubby went thru drive thru.. had to wait out front for a bit..older woman handed food to him with a hateful, angry attitude. The spicy chicken sandwich was messy, greasy.. for the price of take out disgusting.should let me down load. Picture!!

Order came out no ketchup and excuse me-- but why have customers pull forward?? Thought this was a fast food restaurant! Workers don't care or do job as expected! And are extremely rude! Not my fault You work there

Slowest fast food place ever. Got stuck in line with 4 cars in front of me and 2 behind. The car in front of me gut there the menue was turned off and i herd "we are not taking any more orders for tonight"....ok no biggie ill go elsewhere. Then 15 min go buy and the one car in front leavs and every car behind it just pulled thru. I was stuck in that line over 15 min waiting for one order that was there before i even got there. Not even the first time i thought it was oddly slow even being the only one in line. Never had an issue with the food tho and most times i dont care about wating if its hot and correct.

This has to be the BEST location EVER! All the managers here are absolute leaders. This location and teams have it locked down. Hot food never disappoints. They have such a great atmosphere and work culture. The burgers always have melted cheese. Food is hot and fresh. It is old time fast food they are quick and make sure your food is 110% well done. Everyone there knows customer service with a smile. Don't believe the negative reviews I have been going here for the last 8 months and never a dull moment.
I don’t know why I keep coming here everytime I ask for fresh food and I never get it because i know what fresh is and how long it takes to make it I’ve worked for Burger King before sad part is instead of the General manager making sure I’m satisfied she let her manager give me cold breakfast sandwiches instead of giving me my whole meal fresh like I asked for the first time than only gave me my hashbrowns nd French toast fresh when I asked for (EVERYTHING) fresh take pride in your job lady’s with out us customers Yu wouldn’t have your pay checks to pay your bills thanks for small amount you gave in my medium hashbrowns also due to your incompetence. Yet another burger King had ruined the whopper by changing the condiments. 15 bucks for a combo meal just to find out I would have had to special order it to get the food the way it has always come for decades. When I order a whopper I expect a whopper not a damn mustard burger. This is now added to the list of burger kings I will no longer eat at.

You guys rush peoples orders and cut them off like you're busy when you're not. Hard to make an order with my kids, who take a while to pick their food, and having the employees cut us off every second to ask us to order or to try and complete our orders midway.

Cut down on the salt. This is one of the reasons I dont visit to often to fast food places. Fries were untouchable. Into tge trash.
