Waited over 15 minutes after I paid at drive through!Never going backThey said cause I ordered a whopper at 10, it's on there breakfast menu.Patty was cold and fries are cold. Wasn't even fresh.

Stopped thru drive thru on my way back to Tucson for 2 original chicken LG onion ring and a coke it was weds Nov. 22nd at 12:43pm ended up missing Thanksgiving and now I'm in the hospital with food poisoning since this place doesn't know how to properly cook chicken products wine ever go

Bad bad burnt burgers! No coupons paid full price for everything on the menu. I cannot believe they served this putrid fried to a crisp beyond burnt burger to my son. The fries were all ends of the bag not more than 1 inch a piece. Disgusting and we're still hungry as we could not even to the charred hard concoction. I deserve a full refund!

This is my 4th time in a row visiting this Burger King and the staff severely messed up my order all 4 times. For instance I ordered a double beef whopper with cheese meal, the cashier asked me if I wanted cheese on it, I looked at her and said yes, "do you see the problem starting here" my girlfriend ordered a Bacon King, meal which comes with 2 patties and cheese and is essentially a Double Beef Whopper with cheese, with bacon added, when I got home my Double Beef Whopper with cheese had only one pattie, and the Bacon King had 3 patties. Also one of the sandwiches was squished flat. How do you mess up an order like that, it seems like it was intentionally done. This was a 40 dollar order and the 4th time in a row that my meal was not what I ordered. Each of the visits cost me 40-50 dollars a pop. I'm so sick of this......
Disturbingly bad. Look, it is a fast food i know. I don't go to a Buger King w/ high expectations but this one is was beyond just BAD they have managed to take bad down to a whole other level of low to the like of which I have never come across b4 and tbh did not know existed. For starters the menu screen was busted but it was ordered online so thats no biggie. But then the employee just comes over the speak with "what?" or something along the lines of "yeah?" so I give her the online order # that ends up in short rude responses of "its not here" "i dont see it" with out any concern or apologies or attempt of trying to help/assist in anyway. I understand that it's not their fault bc those app orders can be hit or miss. I ended up paying cash and had to contact BK to get refunded. It was just the entire experience and a level of service so bad it was confusing. At one point one of the grill guys came by the window started glaring and giving me some sort of stink eye. Idk what the meaning of that was...like as if he was trying to intimidate me which left me genuinely perplexed. Oh yeah, that drive through just shoots you right into Florence avenue, the busiest street in Casa Grande with no option to really prepare to drive after getting handed bags, drinks etc. I would honestly suggest an actual dumster over this place 100%.

I was greeted as I came through the door. The atmosphere was great lobby just a little warm for AZ weather. I observed the management team on the floor celebrating wins on speed. My food came out in no time at all. The Frys were fresh and crunchy, my burger was well stacked together and every ingredient hit as I took a bite. Thanks for the great experience.
