The employees are extremely rude.Lily walked up to the register to take my oder with her arms crossed over her chest looking me up and down.No "hi" no "how can I help you" she literally stood at the register and looked at me.I asked for the manager and she pointed to a man who was actually sweeping the dining room and cleaning tables, while the employees stood around in a huddle behind the counter.I told him what happened he said he was on loan from another store and Hortencia the GM wasn't there.Hortencia, you need to have your employees retrain on how customer service is supposed to be.The drive thru employee on the evening of 4/3/2024, and Lily the defensive employee at the counter need to be in another line of work, because CS is not their forte.I prefer to drive across town to the BK on Florence than ever come back to the BK on Pinal.

When coming to this location we've always done drive-thru. Not sure why, but we've never had a problem, food has always been good, customer service awesome, and has always been clean . Highly recommend.

Been here probably 20 times in the last couple years since it opened. The fries are always hot and fresh, no matter what time I come. And the Texas Double Whopper… mmm. I continue to be impressed by the quality and freshness of the food at this location. Hasn’t let me down yet!
