I never leave reviews but i was absolutely APPALLED yesterday. The old white lady that served me was so rude to me for no reason. I was kind to her but she rushed me and talked to me like I was stupid. After only speaking to her for like 2 minutes, I knew for a fact that woman was racist. I saw her name tag and it was Ora. Please put this lady in the back or something, we don’t need someone with so much irrational hatred, baseless animosity, unprovoked hostility, and misplaced resentment interacting with customers all day. She is nawt fit for this. Anyway, everyone else was nice as always! You guys are always very sweet which is why my ratings are still high.

I’ve had so many issues at this location and today was another typical bad experience. Had a large group order for an office, they forgot one sandwich, 2 fries and didn’t give us a single one of the sauces we ordered.

This is the second time I have ordered a breakfast muffin with egg whites and I get regular egg! I cannot eat eggs with yolks! It makes me sick so I get egg whites! I'm just gonna stop coming for breakfast! You guys cannot obviously get it right! Yes I am upset because I do not live close to you guys to bring the food back!
Went there to eat and ended up with an interview for my boyfriend. Food was hot but the fries weren’t cooked all of the way through. Half was mushy and half was crunchy. Forgot to give me my change and went over the receipt like I was wrong. No, you just can’t count. So when you initially walk in, you can clearly see that there aren’t ANY black people that work there. Caucasian and Hispanic ONLY. This was the 3rd part to the interview, he passed the 1st and 2nd part after meeting with the executive director who said he believed he’d be a great fit for the position. Yesterday he met with the training director who told him she doesn’t want to give him the job he applied for but would instead want to start him out as team lead for him to learn the ins and outs. So why didn’t he get the job? You could’ve just denied him right then and there. You weren’t even sitting down with him for 30 minutes. He’s had manager experience and shift lead experience. Rave reviews from previous employers but here comes this frumpy weirdo with a power trip not wanting to employ a black person who's more than qualified for the position. This is the first store that I’ve been to where it’s not a single African American employed there. Says a lot. Two new hires that came were what… Caucasian. I’ll be making a formal complaint.
