Horrible . It was a Friday early evening and they were out of their white rice and told everyone it would be an hour . Why wasn’t this being made for the Friday rush? Also no sour cream and very dirty counters etc.

Always getting my order wrong! How do you mix up sour cream for roasted chili corn salsa??? And the employees aren't the friendliest, either.

The service has been getting worse and the later crew does not make the orders right and I like to eat here the only location in town but I won’t order on line since I get home only to find my order messed up and missing part of my order.

Walked in and no one came up to us and asked what we needed for almost 5 minutes. There was no line, no wait. We won’t be going back, since we don’t fit the profile of being served

Often, this location falls short of expectations. Usually, it's waiting 30-60mins after the promised time. Sometimes, it's portion sizes or missing items. A few times just this year, they've been completely out of cheese, queso, chicken, steak, etc. Every single time, there are no utensils in the carryout bag. Probably need to just go in person rather than using the app so I can see issues on the spot. I've lowered my score again on 10/13/25 after many repeat disappointments. Another pic added.

Food is good and so is the service but apparently if you get a bowl and dont eat really fast the bottom starts getting soggy and the material the bowls made out of starts coming apart and if you dont pay attention you eat it with your food. I thought it was food but it was like wet cardboard.

How can you be out of chicken and brown rice at 4:15 PM? This is inferior management. After ordering my first bowl and waiting for the brown rice to be done, I was informed that they had no chicken, either. I canceled my order and walked out.
