Keep coming back here because the food is great but their customer service sucks. You have one person with a line of 12 people serving everybody and you have a dude just waiting trying to look at him prepare all the meals and all he does is Bag it and then you have the cashier just sitting there and looking at you aswell. Normally every chipotle place that you go to has 3 to 4 people serving you

Check your order before you leave! I was missing items in my order? And when you try to call you get a automatice system that tells you to check your emails.It's too long of a process, by the time I came back to have them fix the order they've run out of cheese, but to tell me that they'll pull a little bit out to correct my order. In the meantime, my food got picked up at 8:15. It is now 850. Maybe another 10 minutes, by the time I get home to my own food being cold. It's not okay. Giving me a refund does not help in the moment or make it feel better. This entire back and forth ordeal is such a hassle that I don't even want to eat anymore. Ridiculous.. if they knew they were out of cheese, why didn't they inform me that my kids quesadilla would not be ready. And if you took the time to read this entire rant of frustration. I hope it does not happen to you or anyone at that matter because fast food is overpriced, overrated for mediocre food. We came here as a special treat for the end of a hard week and this is just a disappointment. They also made all our burrito bowls, the same when it should have been 3 separate orders. My receipt is correct.And what we received was not what we ordered.

Not a very pleasant experience when your in line and the short lady with black hair ( which I’m assuming is the manager) is yelling at the people making the bowls to hurry up and to work faster. She was making remarks that if they moved faster they wouldn’t have a line. After I ordered my food & sat down I noticed my sons rice had a hair in it so I go and let her know and tell her I don’t want rice anymore if I could substitute it for steak and she said yes but she will have to charge me. I say ok. They remake his food and then I see her whisper to the cashier to not charge me the meat & she just hands me the bowl. Overall an unprofessional and rude experience. She could have at least apologized for the damn hair

This Place needs to be evaluated. It’s clear the last few reviews are negative results. It’s effecting the quality of the food. Food was terrible.
Employees seemed upset to do there job and to provide quality service.
Will not be coming back.

I usually wait after the 3rd try to give an honest review. Unfortunately the past few times I’ve been here there is never food or barely portions , the employees are just standing and takes a while for someone to actually help you. The food area and surroundings is dirty and it’s always too cold to be eating inside. They need another location open or to step up their game.

This Chipotle is always missing food items on their menu, no adult quesadillas and they never have all the toppings available. Also, I found a hair in my chips. I do not recommend coming to this location. Sadly it’s the only location near by.
