The food was cold and we waited for a long time. We won’t be going back church’s chicken in the future.

I went around 7 at night and waited for about 15 minutes for the white chicken to be made. I had a side of coleslaw to go with it and was surprised by a metal shaving in my coleslaw. It was pretty visible to me after taking a couple bites.

The sides were the only thing hot and fresh. I was so disappointed in the fresh of the chicken. This was my first and last time eating at this location.

Always good customer service seems to be a wait when we go but definitely worth it meals at always made fresh and hot to touch

After waiting 15 minutes in line, I finally got to order. I ordered two chicken breasts and okra. After another 10 minutes I received my order. Upon checking the bag , I received two burritos instead of chicken. They did correct my order but they weren’t friendly about it. These are obviously new owners. I will never go back.

I was in the mood for some fried chicken and decided to try out Church’s Texas Chicken.

Placed my order using the app and drove to the restaurant to pick up my food. The store was a little busy, and my order wasn’t ready until 15 minutes past the expected time.

Arrived back home and unpacked the bags. The chicken and the sides were hot. Macaroni and cheese was really loose and didn’t seem baked as advertised. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good, but could have used some more gravy. The biscuits were very tasty!

As to the chicken, the pieces were good sized and the breading was not too thick. The downside was that the skin and breading had no taste, as if the chicken wasn’t seasoned.

The price is very reasonable for how much food you are given, but unless the taste is changed, I doubt I’ll be going back.

Chicken has no flavor,very bland also they shorted me one piece of chicken .I payed for two three piece combos only received a two piece combo and a three piece combo, apparently new owners and you can see the difference I won't be going back
