Our waitress was a snot. She didn’t refill our iced teas and coffee. When I complained about it taking forever she informed me that it takes 20 minutes to brew coffee. She finally brought a cup of coffee after my dad ate his meal drinking cold coffee. At that point I asked her to bring a to go box and the check. She brought the to go box but no check. When I asked her about the check she said she was having trouble getting it to print, “okay!?” I told her no it wasn’t okay and that I wanted to speak with her boss. The manager came over and apologized and when my husband told her we didn’t even get a drink refill, she offered an ice tea refill to him. He refused saying we were leaving. When she asked what she could do to make things “right”. I told her she needs to train her waitresses better and teach them some manners. Horrible service!!! Save yourself some frustration and avoid this restaurant!!!

Good service, good breakfast

Always a good experience here. Was daughter's Birthday dinner. They didn't have a candle for her dessert, but sang Happy Birthday to her with us!!

Great food that sticks to your ribs all served up by a really attentive staff. Each time we have been we had a great experiance. Our food was served up supprisingly fast and our waitress was fun and always availble.
I highly recommend stopping for a big breakfast for a realitivly reasonable price.
The store could be layed out a little better so not to cause unnessary congestion.

We did a late breakfast and had no wait to get in. Everything was hot and delicious. Service was very fast. We visited around 1030am.

Disappointed in new menu. Prices have doubled since last visit. Bacon was way over cooked. But store is still fun and great merchandise.

the majority of the time the food is very good. once in awhile I will visit a store outside of the norm and the food isn't what I am use too at my normal location. I love the meatloaf and yesterday my daughter and I went to the cracker Barrel in Casa Grande AZ and the meatloaf was not anywhere near the taste of my normal location. all in all, I still enjoy the restaurant and will continue to dine there.

I had a wonderful dining experience thanks to our amazing waitress, Barbara. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She greeted us with a warm smile, checked in just the right amount, and made great recommendations from the menu. Our drinks were never empty, and she made us feel truly welcome.

It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal — Barb absolutely nailed it. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

I do appreciate a great server, We visit Cracker Barrel weekly and the past couple weeks we requested CAROL. I sure appreciate the service she provides and her smile and constant coffee refills are again a big plus. we have had Other Servers at this restaurant IMO , do the minimum and go check their phones and leave the cups empty. Please thank Carol for being someone who takes great care of people, And keeps the coffee and napkins coming, i appreciate the OLD Fashion values of customer is why we are here.
