Always love visiting this place. The food is excellent and the shopping fun as well.

Old reheated food. The other Cracker Barrel in Sun city is cheaper and better.

I had a wonderful dining experience thanks to our amazing waitress, Barbara. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She greeted us with a warm smile, checked in just the right amount, and made great recommendations from the menu. Our drinks were never empty, and she made us feel truly welcome.

It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal — Barb absolutely nailed it. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

If you are going to visit its a bit loud but the food is so worth it...GOOD

I do appreciate a great server, We visit Cracker Barrel weekly and the past couple weeks we requested CAROL. I sure appreciate the service she provides and her smile and constant coffee refills are again a big plus. we have had Other Servers at this restaurant IMO , do the minimum and go check their phones and leave the cups empty. Please thank Carol for being someone who takes great care of people, And keeps the coffee and napkins coming, i appreciate the OLD Fashion values of customer is why we are here.

Mary was my server and she was amazing! Very sweet and professional. The food was good and hot and not too long of a wait. I also love their atmosphere and will be coming back

We came in for a yummy brunch and were not disappointed!! When we first came in hostess weren’t the most friendly but there was no wait so no issues! Our servers name was Ashley and she was such a delight to have!! For anyone who visits the location in Casa Grande definitely recommend asking for her services! She was helpful, so polite/ kind, and easy to talk to. She checked up on us throughout the whole meal and wasn’t over bearing while we dined. She knew when to ask if we needed refills, napkins, dessert, and the check! She was so helpful and even let us know we qualified for the $6 take home meal, fortunately the servings were so large we didn’t need to grab anything for later but such an amazing offer! I definitely recommend the food and atmosphere were amazing with the help of Ashely!! Keep up the amazing service!! Thank you!

Karee was the best waitress. She was so helpful and was there whenever we needed anything. She made our visit the best visit we have had
