The atmosphere was great me and hubby having dinner. I was disappointed with the food service it was BAD they served me the same food I sent back to the kitchen. Thinking I would not notice, “DUH” it was cold as heck, but my waitress was extremely great her name was Jacklyn she kept making sure we was good.

Don't trust their online wait list. We signed up for the wait list and it said 20 - 25 minutes wait. Got there in 18 minutes and they said the online wait list didn't matter, the wait is currently 30 - 40 minutes. We left to eat somewhere more trustworthy.

Went to Cracker Barrel yesterday. The meal was great and was fair priced. We had the southern grilled chicken and it was moist and the serving was large enough to have another whole meal. Our waitress was excellent. Great experience.

Good American food. I have not had anything bad here. Been coming for years. The breakfast are the best. The staff is great, friendly, helpful, just great people. They also have a store, with lost of cool stuff.

The food is good. My only complaint is I never get the jelly's, and butter, and things I ask for.

first given food that was not mine, then told my order had not been started. waited almost 15 minutes past time for food. when I asked to speak to the manager the employee rolled his eyes and huffed at me then told me I did not need to talk to the manager. he tried to stop me from walking into the restaurant to find the manager. once the manager came out, he admitted to his actions then insisted on following us to the door even after the manager told him to stay in the restaurant. the manager never offered any type of discount or gift card or anything for that matter. this will be our last trip to this restaurant as this is the second time in about a year, I had a similar experience with two different employees and two different managers. if you want food on time and want to be treated with respect do not go to this location. if I could give the Zero stars I would.

No one answered the phone for pickup, I couldn't check in on line, because it showed my order for the next day. The night shift manager, was very nice, and made sure everything was ready.

Cracker Barrel never disappoints. Today was Maple Bacon Chicken.. ahh melts in your mouth! And there's always something new in the store that I can't live without.

Normally really like the food and all. A little disappointed this time though, my chicken tenders came out luke warm and we never did get our biscuits/cornbread, server said it was being made and she would bring over in a few minutes). Server was very polite but really busy. Maybe kitchen short staffed too. Was just ok this time.

The ham is off the menu, which was my favorite. There are too many menu changes lately. The once thick pork chops are now super thin. Looks like they have cut back. What happened? We enjoy the country store.
