I ordered two pieces of Fish just the fish and it came to a total of $13.24 that is INSANE for two pieces of fish. They asked my name I told them Andrew, when I got the fish she said two pieces of fish AMBER. I realized it was my order she some how got Amber out of Andrew. I like the food but the prices and the service need some serious help.

Just spent over $100 to not get what I asked for, went inside and ordered very thoroughly at that, extremely disappointed and now I have to go spend more to get something to eat today. I was really looking forward to the food 😕

Terrible experience and even worse customer service! I placed an order through their app and went straight there to get my food. I paid $40 for cold food and a pint of ice cream with no mix-ins! It was the end of the night so I asked the carhop if the food was fresh and she said yes. I trusted her and drove home. By the time I realized our food was cold, our burgers were dry and overcooked, my ice cream was plain vanilla instead of caramel snickers it was already past closing time. I reached out to Culver's the following day only to be told by the owner that it was my fault for taking 15 minutes to pick up my food. That was it! No coupons or offer to remake our burgers! The burgers were dry and overcooked so that has nothing to do with sitting there too long! I never had issues with eating in store or using the drive thru! I would recommend staying away from their online ordering because if you have an issue you're on your own! They won't go out of their way to keep a customer happy and coming back either! I'm very upset that I wasted my hard earned money!

Stopped in for a milkshake. Got a chocolate shake with brownie pieces and it was delicious.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the texture was rubbery. It got thrown away since it was definitely not edible. Drive thru crew talks way too fast that they cannot fully pronounce their words and it’s hard to understand them, but they are polite they just need to learn to slow down. Food needs a little more effort though..
