This was the second time we have been to this location. Last time was 15 yrs ago. I generally try to be as positive as possible in my reviews. But this one is challenging. Starting with my online order. I placed the order, then drove to pick it up. When we arrived they didn't even have it. After she poked around on the computer she found the order and went to make it. She gave me my cup. But the fountain wasn't working. No ice no soda. I went to her again. She went and filled it in the back. We ordered the chicken strip meal. The chicken was cold and hard. But the cheese curds were very yummy. Overall, the place wasn't anything to encourage us to come back. Possibly why it has taken us so long to come back...?
I still love the mister misty floats but only if that grape again I'll be there every day

I ordered a kids meal on the app. They forgot the hamburger patty!!! I paid extra for cheese, that was there but no burger. I looked at my order clearly has beef patty. We were on our way out of town and had to stop at gas station to get more food and napkins, straw and spoon. This place has screwed up my food orders in past I decided to try the app. Ice cream, they can usually get right. Also, no straws, spoon or napkins. Seriously, it was a simple small order!
