Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!! I’ve been trying to get in touch with the manager for 2 days over an incident that happened at closing time with my five year old grandson. I’ve been told that that he would be in later. I’ve been told t there isn’t one. I’ve been told that he’s out of town and nobody can help me because nobody is in charge . I’ve called several times and been given several different answers. I want to try to keep my money in the hands of small businesses, keep it local but this is ridiculous ! I asked when I would be able to talk to someone and the only answer I get is I so t know.
Amazing Service, Great Tasting Water
The machines steal your money. Like many other bad reviews, it gives you one gallon but takes your dollar. I normally fill more than one jug so it usually steals about two or three dollars per visit, I run out of quarters every time. Love their water, been going there for about 15 years, but the owner is not going to fix the machines and seemed pissed off that I complained. I will not be returning.
Great ice cream & Great water
Every time I come here they like never open and they don't pick up their phone calls. I wish I could try their ice cream.
I absolutely love this water. I used to think all water tasted the same until I had the water from here. I'll never drink anything else. I use this water in my ice machine for my ice and I only refill my gallons from here. The owner Jeremy is hella cool too. Ever since I started working next door, he's always made me feel welcome.
The employees are always positive and helpful! I've been to other places for my water refills in the past but this place is the best. Highly recommend. They definitely earned another loyal customer!
Been going here since 2016, there always very friendly, this place is TOP Notch. A lot of the time they will load water bottles in your Car, witch is going the xtra mile in my book!.

Got water from the vending machines after hours. One of the machines ate $1.00 and only gave me 1 gallon of water.
