Absolutely abysmal service and employee interaction. Placed birthday party order early Satuday for the event on Sunday. Order accepted and paid for. Arrived Sunday to pick up and was told, "oh, that order was canceled because it was too big!" No email, no phone call, just a rude face to face interaction at the counter and told the refund may take 5 to 7 days. Employees just standing around on their phones. No orders being worked on.
