I love this place!! I always get a caramel creme freeze and I like their breakfast menu. They have a $5 deal that's great for any budget!! Service is always excellent and am provided with great customer service every time! Dunkin is my new favorite place to get my coffee fixings!!

My family and I used to love Dunkin' Donuts, and were regular customers for many years in various states...UNTIL they tripled the price of a single donut and shrunk them down to such a tiny size that it is demeaning to customers. They win the award for the smallest donut in the world, and that is sad. And because they hold no value for their own customers, and prefer to allow greed to run their business, we will not return again, ever, to any Dunkin' Donuts restaurant, here in Casa Grande, or anywhere else in the 50 states.

It was my first visit here, it was good. I went through the drive through and the service was great I didn’t feel rushed or anything. The coffee was made perfect to my liking and the food was also pretty good too for the first try. I just might have to come here more often haha.

The breakfast special keeps bringing us back. Bagel breakfast sandwich is very tasty and well made. Served with tater crowns and a large cup of coffee hot or Iced. Nice way to start your morning.
My husband went in there to pick us up a donut and they only had 3 donuts! They weren't going to make any more. It was 9 am. I know they are trying to compete with Starbucks but they are a donut place. Hence the name Dunkin Donuts. Not Dunkin Coffee House. Some people don't care about coffee. I go to a donut place for donuts not coffee.

Folks beware. We saw a couple of unhoused men standing outside blocking drive-through. This was intimidating to our children so we ordered inside. Customer service was unfriendly about the situation.
