Always a great experience at Dutch Bros. Today I ordered a Hopscotch protein coffee. I thought I had ordered it hot but it when I got to the window they gave me a cold. I apologized and asked if I could hot instead. They immediately made me the hot drink and still gave me the cold one as well. Love their service.

This location in Casa Grande is trash if I could give 0 stars I would, the customer service is not it here! They have 2 lines 1 for online walk up and 1 for walk up im standing in the walk up line for like 20 mins and I know the little 12 year old blonde working the front seen me standing there already for 15 mins then another 5 mins go by and like 3 people just barely walk up to online walk up and the girl asks them first if she can help them like whut part of the game is that im standing here for 20 mins you see me and the first thing you do is ask somebody else for help that is just disrespect plain and simple.

Out of all the Dutch Bros this location is by far the worst. The employees are always goofing off and never paying attention. Drinks majority of the time we have gone are made incorrectly. Not sure the management situation here but it seems like it’s lacking.
