Nice spot to unwind. Very friendly and welcoming service. Family feel to the place. Good Mexican food options. Excellent salsa. Very US Southwest. Beer and mixed drinks abailable.

Full price $32, for a tasteless piece of meat with a handful of incomprehensible potatoes, I don't recommend and I won't come anymore!

Food was great and service was excellent. Pops and I will be back for sure.

I ordered Golden Bay Shrimp salad. I expected frozen shrimp, but this was gray no flavor shrimp. Sliced Roma tomatoes were hard and not ripe. I would have refused the salad but was dining with family. Did not want to make an issue out of it. Have eaten here a few times before and food usually pretty decent.

Stopped to pick up my order with I previously ordered by phone. The cashier lady with broken English would not accept casn... she said it was her restaurant and she did not liked my US currency.. she processed to check with a marker pen and verified along with a youn Hispanic guy.. both verified my money is good. But refused it stating this is my restaurant and I don't like yout money.... she went ahead and stated mark should be invisible when using on a bill...Obviously these persons are uneducated.... mark supposed to show golden color.not invisible... Service Sucks Big Time

Waitresses are beyond personable at Golden 9. Feels like you've been there several times on the first welcome.

Triple T truck stop TTT (Omar's Restaurant) some 60 miles away met that unfortunate cheap gray shoebox fate.

Everyone was so nice even the customers. It was nice to have a meal where the atmosphere is awesome. Thank you.

The atmosphere is nice, the service was good, and the location is convenient, with available parking—even a dedicated area for trucks, RVs, and buses, which is a big plus.

However, the food could use some improvement. It lacked a bit of care to really bring out the flavors and make the experience more memorable. Also, the bread wasn’t at its best, which took away from the overall meal. With a few tweaks, this place could be much better.

Walked in there at 7 30pm on 2 17 the waitress said I'm sorry we are closed. I said it says your open till 9pm. She said we were slow so we are closed. Why put up hours if your now going to follow them. So they close whenever they want to. Not a good way to run a restaurant.

Food was great, price was reasonable and service was super friendly.

The restaurant is clean. The food is fresh and taste great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Booths are comfortable.
