Server picked up our tray before we finished and a young man held the door open for us as we left, both with smiles. These details are noticed. I usually love in and out but when I ordered my burger cut in half for my drive, I got extra cheese and it didn't have extra cheese. I asked for extra toasted and the bun was super moist but also completely falling apart. Other In And Outs have always gotten the order correct.
