Ordered for pick up at 7:30pm from Casa Grande, AZ IJWs. Arrived at 7:35 and checked in. Food was delivered to the two other vehicles that were there when I pulled in. 7:40 I checked in again and waited. I watched them bring orders up and set them on the pickup / to go shelf. Assumed they were not mine because I checked in twice. 7:50, checked in again and decided to head in to check on my order. 7:55 still waiting for someone to come out so I could ask. Finally a server comes out, asks my info, finds my order sitting, now cold, on the to go shelf and hands it to me while mumbling about no tip on the order. I put the 25% cash tip back in my pocket and leave. I always ALWAYS tip in cash. Now if I hadn't been in a hurry I would have asked for to order to be redone since it was far from hot and fresh by the time they bothered to give it to me but I was bringing my wife lunch at her work site at 8pm. Needless to say it was late and we ate a rushed dinner together. This is the first and only time I've had any issues with IJWs Hopefully the last
Update: reply to owner. I appreciate that you'll be quicker in the future but this was specifically about them thinking I didn't tip so my order was ignored by your staff as low priority as stated (mumbled) by your workers.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

Order was for 8 wings and curly fries. Only had 6 wings inside of the carryout box. Wings were very good.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

If I could give this place negative stars I would have. 1)they messed up my order and gave me all boneless wings when I asked for half boneless and half traditional. 2) me and my fiancé both got food poisoning the next day from it not being cooked properly. The only upside is losing 5 lbs from being sick with food poisoning.would definitely not recommend.
