I live 5 minutes from here. I was happy when I saw them building it. I thought hell yeah now I don't have to drive 1.6 miles....yeah right! This place has the worst customer service. Literally ignore the walk in customer. They all stand there staring at a screen. Meanwhile my online order is right there. Getting cold. Politely I ask for service...nope nothing. Finally after 10 minutes the guy making the burgers asks if he can help. I say yeah I ordered online. He asks for my name and sure enough my food has been sitting on the counter for close to 20 minutes. In front of a young lady who would not turn around and help anyone at the counter. She just stared at the screen. Still waiting for at least 5 or 6 more minutes until they hand me my order. It was 2 burgers fries, jalapeno bites and 2 drinks. So it was cold and fries were terrible. The only good thing was the drinks were made fresh. Mind you this is at 11 pm. The dining room was empty except for another guy who said he was waiting for his food for 45 minutes. The drive thru was busy but not so busy...but apparently that's the way to order here. I don't know this isn't the first disappointing visit. It is the last time though I'll drive to the other location. At least my food will be hot.

Amazing staff! I tried the new sauce & loaded wedges, which were pretty tasty. I was helped by Angel, who greeted me with a genuine smile and even checked up on me later while I was eating in the dining area. Awesome customer service!

Takes forever for drive thru even when there no other car and the orders has 2 sandwiches. Somehow just gives orders to random delivery people

Food is always cold. 3 times in a row on different days. They have a pile of fries just sitting in the warmer with about 10 to 15 soggy tacos. No employees are wearing gloves or hair net,. Disgusting and needs to be shut down

Two times we have ordered online and this location has completely messed the order up. Missing sandwiches. Special orders incorrect. Rude service.

How difficult is it to make a bacon cheese burger. I get burger delivered without bacon. Called manager, he says he's in training and other people. Says give me your name and next time I'll make your order right. WHAT THE HELL DID HE JUST SAY???

I am only leaving a 5 star because Rebecca greeted us with a smile, brought out our food and gave us a friendly goodbye. I haven't been in a Jack in the Box for years. Hopefully Corporate is encouraging employees to treat customers like Rebecca does
