we went to jack in the box around 2:45am this morning a young lady by the name of Lily took our order in drive-through she was rude and snobbish when my husband asked her to please make sure his taco got cooked a little longer she replied by saying I heard you and shout the window, when giving his change back she dropped it on the ground and didn't even bother apologizing . I would not tolerate my crew treating customers like that.

The customer service is not good, and you have to triple check your order before leaving because that ALWAYS mess it up, somehow they find away to not get the order correct, I ordered a plain hamburger, I say meat and patty ONLY, you know what I get, I get a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, and mustard, the employees are deaf as heck.

A bunch of kids with no manners. 5 or 6 of them in the kitchen but they all ignore you, even look at you and still ignore you.

Extremely welcoming, clean, great staff, real teamwork, orders up quickly. Trish was very helpful to me as I have a hard time walking. This is one JACK IN BOX I STRONGLY RECOMMEND.Parking: Need a few more handicapped parking spaces. ?

Slow as hell… waited about 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me at the speaker. Waited another 20 minutes for my food only one car ahead of me and not one person inside im confused on what took so long. I know it’s some of these kids 1st job but come on!!
