Absolutely horrible experience. Decided to get some quick food way before last call was called but after ordering my food I was told to park in the front and they would bring it out . I waited 30 mins before having to go back to the drive thru because both front doors were locked. I took another 20 mins to finally get through so I could finally get a refund. I was seeing cars come in and go and yet I never received any of my food. I had no choice but to finally demand a refund after almost an hour of waiting . Completely unacceptable . Truly deserve less than one star
