I love Jimny Johns in general, only down side to this location is that it's SUPER slow all the time, especially compared to most locations. The sandwiches are made right most of the time.

Jimmy John's is overpriced. 8 to $10 for one piece of cheese and one piece of turkey on a bun. That's the problem with Jimmy John's. And their restrictions on customers request are ridiculous! The workers are usually very pleasant unfortunately not the same for the corporation Jimmy John's seems like a grumpy place lol I try not to go there because of those reasons.

Mandi was such a help today! I mistakenly ordered my sub to be made in Charleston SC… Mandi made my sub right away and can’t be more thankful for such great service!

The Jimmy John's in casa Grande went above and beyond my first time ever trying this franchise and being a sandwich buff I was skeptical but they helped me find what I wanted really polite and my sandwich is super good

i tried to order on my trusty app but i was shut down due to being a new warehouse in the casa grande area. But i spoke with this awsome lady"Mandy" let me tell you what. Despite being out of delivery range Mandy went above and beyond. she took my order and hand delivered my meal herself 20 minute before the delivery time she quoted me. SPEEDY FAST OH YEAH.

You made the sandwich in less than 3 minutes, next time READ the order! How come you can never cut it in half? Never have I ever, received my order correctly.

Love jimmy Johns. The subs we get are always good. But I will say my biggest complaint is their drive thru. It is really tight. And the entrance is in the most awful place. First if you never been there you might have to drive around a few times just to find it. But I really blame that on how the strip mall is set up. I wish it was in a different location of the city.

This was my first time trying Jimmy Johns. I ordered it online and they didn't have pictures of much so I suppose that's why when I got my sandwich on wheat bread it was just some wheat bread and not a sub bun. It was small for the price I paid. The chips weren't good. My kids didn't even want them. It was disappointing but since these problems weren't really there fault I'm still giving 4 stars since my order was a smooth delivery. I just like posting cause it feels nice to believe someone cares about lunch opinions

Me and my husband went to Jimmy johns to pickup food for grandparents day at school! Its their favorite!! It was 10:30 am and we went to open the doors, it was locked they don't open till 11 am we were so upset! But the manager ran over and opened early for us!!! Who does that?? I did get his name but I will never forget it!! I hope Jimmy Johns realizes he hired a great employee! And the food was great! The kids were so happy!! No school lunch for them today lol thank you so very much!!

This is my new favorite spot!! The staff at this store are so amazing and welcoming. They answered any questions I had, and made THE BEST sandwich. Highly recommend this location!

Sandwich was a work of art - I was sad to devour such a brilliant creation but so happy once in my tummy.
