Our whole family loves Jimmy John's in Casa Grande. Their food is great, and the staff are friendly. Olivia is really good! She always remembers our favorite sandwiches. How often do you see that anymore? 😃 Keep up the good work!!

The food hit the spot for a sandwich. Not the best I’ve had, but it’s up there in quality. I like that you can customize anything and the only additional cost is if you add more meat or cheese. They are super fast at making sandwiches. We order our food and in one minute, we had 3 sandwiches and they all were made precisely how we ordered them. This location near the Ajo Way Costco in Tucson is wonderful! I’ve been to many Jimmy Johns across AZ, and this one beats the rest in friendly customer service, speed in getting our food and accuracy in meeting our order requests. The guy stopped what he was doing, came to the register and greeted us the minute we walked in. We were in and out in less than 3 minutes, which is super convenient when you’re in a hurry and have short lunch breaks. Not all JJ’s locations are as great.

I’m specifically talking about the Tempe Marketplace Jimmy John’s location and the Jimmy John’s on Country Club and Baseline locations. They are terrible! Those locations should be shut down or hire better staff. They close early, run out of ingredients in the middle of the day and they will make you wait until they are done with what they are doing or continue with the conversation they are having with other employees (5+ minutes) before they acknowledge or help you.

Amazing experience! Great sandwiches, but also my wife loves potato salad and I don't because of past trauma that I can't get into right now... But the potato salad here is really good! I recommend this location if you love sandwiches. If you don't, then I recommend making your own sandwich at home. Or maybe a steak.
I also felt very welcome. I've been there twice now and both times I felt like they were happy to see me unlike other McPlaces where they seem mad that I was in there to make them work.

I love Jimny Johns in general, only down side to this location is that it's SUPER slow all the time, especially compared to most locations. The sandwiches are made right most of the time.

Jimmy John's is overpriced. 8 to $10 for one piece of cheese and one piece of turkey on a bun. That's the problem with Jimmy John's. And their restrictions on customers request are ridiculous! The workers are usually very pleasant unfortunately not the same for the corporation Jimmy John's seems like a grumpy place lol I try not to go there because of those reasons.

The Jimmy John's in casa Grande went above and beyond my first time ever trying this franchise and being a sandwich buff I was skeptical but they helped me find what I wanted really polite and my sandwich is super good
