When you're working in one of two fried chicken places in a town AND your company launches an amazing deal for your first online order, there are bound to be some wrinkles to iron out. I ordered dinner for my family last night and was sadly disappointed to find out that they didn't have the ingredients necessary for my order. I was so sad, we really wanted chicken. I returned to the store today to either get my order or my refund and was happily surprised by how kind and courteous the staff handled my situation. They quickly filled my order and added a few extras for our inconvenience. Thank you Kent for making our night so much better.

We ordered the $25.99 bucket with both original and extra crispy. Side of potatos and gravy. Two sides of coleslaw. Came with 6 biscuits. It was all good! The best part of the whole experience was the guy who took our order. He was very friendly and easy to understand on the drive through speaker. His attitude and friendliness was nothing like most of the fast food places in town. Usually you can't understand them because nobody ever spent enough time with them growing up to teach them to talk. And pulling in the driveway just ruined their day because now they have to do something. On my ticket it has the name Arzel for the cashier. My ticket number is 2365. I hope the Manager or Owner makes a point to let this guy know he is a asset to their business. Great job all around.

Just got my order and was missing the gravy and had the wrong drink. Food tasted fine, just annoyed about the missing items and wrong drink.

Over all the reason this kfc in general gets such a low rating is cause the chick sucks i spent 40 dollars for me and my family down there and i got a chicken bucket and the chicken was so soaked in grease the usa would go to war with the place. It was so soggy it was just a horrible mess and the chicken didnt even taste good.

Wait times for food lately are pretty lengthy. 20 minutes from the time I placed my order until I received it. Doesn't matter if you're in the drive thru or you go inside, expect a long wait.
Chicken was greasy and made me sick. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes were excellent.

Terrible customer service at this location. My fiancée ordered a 4 piece meal that was supposed to come with two mashed potato sides and they didn’t give us those in our to go bag. They didn’t give us sauces we asked for. I also had a hair in my french fries. Definitely not returning at this location.

Nice new building but the food is bad! $26 for 2 pathetic 4 pc chicken tender meals. Tenders were like rubber, biscuits were hard as hockey pucks, 1 small side dish and a tiny drink. The lady at the register was busy talking to someone about their application it appeared, and instead of having the applicant step aside to wait on the customer, she made the customer wait. 3rd bad experience with KFC in Casa Grande . Officially done there!

Wow hardly any gravy on the chicken bowl and no cheese and I guess in honor of Friday the 13th only 13 french fries after all gravy and cheese cost so much money they didn't have coleslaw can you believe it this is KFC the day shift does it right the night crew does not I cook us supper four nights a week this was my night off you guys are awful
