Terrible customer service at this location. My fiancée ordered a 4 piece meal that was supposed to come with two mashed potato sides and they didn’t give us those in our to go bag. They didn’t give us sauces we asked for. I also had a hair in my french fries. Definitely not returning at this location.

Nice new building but the food is bad! $26 for 2 pathetic 4 pc chicken tender meals. Tenders were like rubber, biscuits were hard as hockey pucks, 1 small side dish and a tiny drink. The lady at the register was busy talking to someone about their application it appeared, and instead of having the applicant step aside to wait on the customer, she made the customer wait. 3rd bad experience with KFC in Casa Grande . Officially done there!

Wow hardly any gravy on the chicken bowl and no cheese and I guess in honor of Friday the 13th only 13 french fries after all gravy and cheese cost so much money they didn't have coleslaw can you believe it this is KFC the day shift does it right the night crew does not I cook us supper four nights a week this was my night off you guys are awful

We ordered a 16 piece meal & a 16 chicken tender meal we spent just over $111. We were supposed to get 8 sides total. We only received 4 sides & not even what we wanted The employees are not paying attention and some of them are just plain lazy . We called the restaurant but the phone was busy ,it is frustrating that corporations can steal from their customers and have no consequences but God forgive someone doesn't have enough money to pay for something they don't give it to you.

Ordered a two piece meal and a three piece chicken tenders meal. Got home and saw we got one two piece meal with fries and a biscuit and another two piece meal with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. No chicken tenders. And these people are getting 15 bucks an hour? Really?

Order hours online for a 6:30pm pick up order and still had to wait 24 minutes before I received my food and they still messed up didn't receive my comeback sauce I did receive the I don't care lazy give me my pay check I mess up on all orders give me a raise im worth more than you attitude I'll try 1 more time and that it I'll go back to Chick-fil-A pay attention

We went here on Halloween at 6 pm. The mash potatoes tasted weird. And the fried chicken was meh. We went to get pizza, tasted better.
Not a Buffet any longer. Building all new and smaller. Ordered 3 pc meal and got 2 thighs and a leg. Not even one piece of white meat. I don’t care for dark meat so was totally bummed out

Since the remodel this KFC has gone downhill.. ordered tender meal and a tender was the size of the sauce, ( see photo) and they served as a complete tender. ALSO one tender was rock hard, probably sat under the heat lights too long. Garbage!

The staff is nice but management lacking. This is now multiple times I’ve been to this location and they are out of breast meat. Tonight had only 1 breast piece of original & no extra crispy and 20 minute wait at 6:30. Seems to be a constant struggle at this location. The owners really should address this problem
