Staff is great at asking if you've been taken care of. Have been to this KFC location twice and will not return. After reading reviews it's evident that they do not care about the quality of food being served at this location as no one replies to the Google reviews representing the business. I ordered an 8 piece bucket of chicken my first visit and on my second visit 6 pc taste of kfc. The chicken doesn't taste right, chicken skin is soggy, and online orders even when placed in advanced, you will still have to wait for your order when you come to get it as they dont prepare it until you ask for your order.

I went thru the drive thru and I had another person in the car with a separate order she said we had to go to the front only one order/coupon could be used I had no problem with that however her lack of service when I was at the window and paid for my food I told her thank you and she looked at me and dismissed me like I was speaking a foreign language. I said oh your welcome come again should be your response so I just drove around and my granddaughter went in and got her order. I love KFC but with all the food choices on Florence I really want to feel like I am a valued customer not an Inconvenience. I'm hoping this was a isolated incident maybe she was having a bad day.

IT WAS AWFUL THEY DONT USE GLOVES AT ALL and on top of that they go outside and touch money then proceed to touch your food WITHOUT gloves it’s so unsanitary

Some of the best two day old chicken in town.... don't bother ordering because they'll just give you what they want 🤗. Who doesn't like cold chicken after working 10 hours in the hot desert heat. Overall tho.... bring the wife and kids, perfect place to let them know about your side chick and other two kids.
