I would give a .75 rating but it didn't give the option . To start with you shouldn't be charged a tip at a buffet much less asked how much you want to tip before you even eat . I tried two different kinds of noodles and couldn't finish either one ,all you could taste on the broccoli and beef was the freshness preserves just embedded in the florets which were very watery also . The ice cream was tasteless . The only good thing was the egg rolls . I know it's got to be hard to own a buffet in this economic climate but I just spent 45 bucks for two people to eat slop

For the price, the food was OK. But don’t expect your waitress to come by and see if you need more drinks or more napkins or clear any plates away, that’s for sure!
* The service was really lousy and when you say something to the people upfront, they make excuses for the waitress instead of making apologies.
It may be the best Asian food that Casa Grande has to offer, but it pales in comparison to other Asian buffets when it comes to service.
I noticed a lot of people eating there with their feet up on the chairs and kids running all over the place.
Don’t know if I’ll go back!

The food went downhill. It's been about 4 months since the last time we went, so it doesn't have to do with covid. Things that were supposed to be moist were dry and vice versa.

The food was tasty, however this setup is not accommodating for the amount of customers. Our waitress was on the money with our drinks. Our glasses were never more than half empty. It was hard to get food though, and the food kept running out. The bathroom was clean and it had a stall for diaper changes which was nice.

Food is good, but we are sad to say that each time we dined in, we witnessed a customer sneezing and coughing all over the buffet food. One customer laughed about it with his friend. I don't think the food guard did the job either.

Very disappointed in the food. Sushi had no Shrimp, Tuna or Salmon . The other rolls were dry and tasteless.
The front desk ladies were rude " water or soda" Will never be back
We have been to the Casa Grande Lins many times since they opened. We have loved most of the food, atmosphere and love the service. Two things, the ladies at the front desk are young but don't try to be cordial at all. They do the least. When I go into a place I expect some courtesy or excitement about seeing us coming in. Second thing, there was a very young man at the noodle station, picking up the noodles in his bare hands and going through them for some reason. He picked the noodles up and then let them fall and repeated the process over and over with bare hands. To me that was a little disgusting.
We have eaten at 3 different Lins, one in Tucson and 2 in the valley (Phoenix). They have all been very good. The food is a little less due to the building being smaller in Casa Grande than all the others but the food they have is really good. I love the crab and cheese salad, so good. Sushi is decent. Mushrooms are a favorite. The wait staff are wonderful. I will continue to go back! 🥰
Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options.
Parking: Plenty of handicapped spaces and plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: I have 5 grandchildren that we took to the restaurant. Wait staff was very good with them. Kids are messy but wait staff was still pleasant.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of tables for persons with wheelchairs. The accessibility at the front is good and bathrooms are accessible.
