So i called at 3:30pm for a E.M.B. With light sauce like I always get, so they say on the phone 15mins, Okayyyyyyy so it’s 3:40pm and I’m 5minutes early in the drive thru paying, and meanwhile they ask me politely to move to the front of the building and they will bring it out, 3:50 rolls around and I’m just burning Gasoline that’s not free!! Great place to drive thru to pick up dinner when you're running behind or for last minute plans! The Extramostbestest thin crust pepperoni is the best!
I was there last night. The lobby floors were dirty (corners, along and behind both soda coolers, the air vents were so totally dusty. NONE of the preparers wore gloves or hairnets. I watched one repeatedly wipe her hands on her back pocket and continue working. The woman working the register went from working the till to the back to prepare breadsticks, without washing her hands. Soo, so much more!! I will not be returning.
