I've eaten tons of pretzel crust pizzas and this was by far the worst one I've ever had. No salt on the crust. Burnt and dry as hell. Very disappointing.

Service was quick. I had a pick up order and it was ready when I got there. My only problem is no matter how quickly you get for food it never looks fresh. Looks like they took slices from other pizzas and thru it together. Wings needed to be cooked more but it is what it is.

This place is so slow. You want a pizza by dinner time go in the AM. They would rather restock and clean to close exactly at 9pm instead of serving the 8 car line they have waiting.

Last week we ordered in the app. Showed up to see that only the drive thru was open. We could see my name on the warmer, so our pizza was ready but we HAD to pick it up in drive thru. There were 12 cars in line ahead of us! (I counted.) After 7 mins we only moved ahead 1 car space. We ended up leaving without our pizza because by the time we would have gotten it, it would have been sitting for too long, and would have been kinda late (it was already 8:30pm on a work night by the time we got there). After many times of trying to call, nobody answered. I submitted a contact form requesting a refund... 3 times and still no response! I'm over it. I will never get pizza from this location again. The last time I ate there was a few months ago, and it wasn't very good pizza, so I thought I'd give them another try, only to have this experience. Seriously a waste of money and I'm quite frustrated that I lost almost $25 on nothing.

I ordered pizza and they just delivered someone else's pizza to me not what I ordered as you pay almost $17 for a pizza and they bring you 2 plain cheese pizzas that are nasty and dry it's unacceptable. Then you call them and nobody answers the phone never again this is horrible. Then it took over a hour and a half just to get pizza that's 5 mins away.
