I placed an order, with the Florence location and thought it would be ready by 10pm. After I placed the order, online, I realized it was placed for 10am the next day. I called to cancel my order, but was hung up on. I called again, and was hung up on again. So I drove there, to cancel my order. When I pulled in the parking lot, an employee (a young kid) was handing an order to another customer in the parking lot. I got off and was about to walk into the restaurant, when he said the store is closed, we're only taking orders through the drive-thru. I said I'm not here to order, I just need to talk to the someone to cancel my order. He repeated himself and walked away, while I was talking, went inside and locked the door. I then went through the drive-thru, and was told by another employee, assuming the manager, and he told me we're not taking any more orders and to come back tomorrow. I explained I placed an order online and just wanted to cancel it. He argued with me, saying they're is no order and that I placed it with the other location. I told him no it was here, after going back and forth he asked me my name. After that, he found my order and said it's not till tomorrow. I said I know, I just want to cancel it. He asked so do you still want it? I said yes but I realize you're getting ready to close, so I just want to cancel it. He would not let me explain and we kept going back and forth. He kept asking me if I want it, I just said yes I want it. I then said hey, I called twice to cancel and got hung up on twice, he said oh, apologized and walked off. I pulled in front and parked, to wait on the pizza. When the young kid walked out with my order, I got off the car and tried to explain that all I wanted was to cancel my order, he got stupid with me and walked off, went inside a locked the door. This location is the only one I've ever had issues with, but it's closer than the other location. I don't understand the disrespect or lack of customer service, but I'm done with this location. I hope the Trekell location doesn't follow.

Pizza was dry, with no sauce, very little cheese & and overcooked. Not enough staff. Overpriced.

If you have time to phone in your order, this location is fine. That being said, if you want anything “hot and ready” forget it. Not sure if the reason is management, the amount of traffic from the hotels, or under staffing. The past 4 out of 5 times we have visited this location, we waited in the drive thru 15-20 minutes, just to finally get to the window and get told there were no hot and ready pies and the wait was 20-30 minutes out.

I have all but given up on this location unless I have time to call ahead, which is sad because this location is more convenient to where we live and run errands. Just save yourself the time and aggravation and go to the Trekell location. Not sure how that location can pull more business, yet still manage to keep hot and ready pizzas on standby.

Super quick, in and out! The pizza was ready to go when I ran in at 10:30, getting lunch to take to the elementary school.
