Little Caesars Pizza

Told me to wait 10 minutes for my order. I’ve waiting almost 25 with no sign of them finishing my order soon. Went inside to get a refund with nobody helping out at the front register and had to wait even more until somebody finally came around so that I can get a refund. Worst experience at a Little Caesars I’ve had.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was on hold for 13 minutes to walk in to and empty place standing there for almost 10 minutes before someone came to the front then I seen a worker in the back talking on the phone and the worker who came to take my order was very rude and just cause she misunderstood what I said she repeated herself with an attitude saying “yes I heard you what else?” After she had just asked me what I said and I was repeating it. Why ask what I said if she heard and she’s being rude to top it off it looked like she was a manager herself. Although the service didn’t take too long I waited about 17 minutes there was no need for bad customer service or to have an attitude and this isn’t the first time my husband also came here waiting almost 40 minutes for two regular pizzas and was treated horribly here. It definitely is the last time we will be coming to this location driving further is worth it at this point.

$8 hot and ready pizza is hard to beat

Okay first I ordered two pizzas for $4.99 each and there was only one pizza in the portal I went to open it 001 code and it would not open so I asked the manager which was very rude to me she said you got to wait your turn sir just like that in a very nasty way and I said let me show you that I ordered the two pizzas $4.99 a piece for two of them she wouldn't even listen to me she said no you only ordered one piece of sir and that was it then she called the co-manager and he said no you only getting one pizza then I said I want my money back and she said no plain and simple she said no this is not a good place to go the lady was very rude and that's just straight fact I will never go to Little Caesars pizza again I do not recommend them what's the weather at all if I could give them a zero I would give them a zero

To much gluten.

Crust was lopsided. Some parts were super thick and other parts were thin. Ordered extra pepperoni, and received regular. Dough was not cooked all the way.

***tried again. This is the extra pepperoni. Maybe the extra pepperoni is hiding somewhere...

Asked for olives on my Supreme stuffed crust and it wasn't correct. I was very specific about it.

Made my pizza really thin and the crust was so uneven it really wasn’t made right. You could have done better it’s your job.

Do yourself a solid and either order hours in advance or go literally anywhere else. I went through the drive and got told “it’ll be right out, we’ll bring to you at the front” 10 people later and 45mins later I asked for a refund where apparently I need to sign the receipt? Went down the road and got a pizza 10 mins later.

Hot and ready peperoni and 2 bread sticks, in and out in 5 minutes! The young lady at the counter was cheerful and helpful!

Worst little caesars’s ever and my pizzas weren’t even cooked. I wish I could give them below the 1 star

Busy place but it doesn't stop them from providing excellent service 👍 Y'all doing awesome

Needs to work on being a little faster. 15 20-minute way turned into a 45-minute wait.
