The woman in charge is a rude bitter lady with horrible customer service. The bottom plate of our cup fell out before we could even take a drink and got all over my car and the woman who runs the establishment refused to replace it. She called me a liar and was rude to my 9 year old daughter as we explained to her what had occurred. I will never go back.
