This McDonald's is connected with Walmart. This explains a lot. Staff is not too bright, tend to have flies around dining area. Prices are almost double of those in Phoenix metro. Latest thing they have installed high speed fans at least 8 of them that make noise and blow hard. An effort to keep flies and people from staying very long. There is a lot of room, retired people enjoy relaxing, visiting, and reading. Only reason I come here is it is near my home.

Was lied to today by your employees claiming Happy Meal Toys cannot be sold individually. This is an absolute lie, there is even an option on the POS. This will also be forwarded to corporate and BBB.

Now I’m not one to make a complaint but dam did it feel like these workers were being held here against their will. No smiles nothing at all. Like I try to make conversation and I get shot down or met with an evil like “talk to me I dare you” something needs to change here.

every SINGLE time I order a caramel frappe, I wait over 20 minutes to receive it because the employees always forget the frappe in the frappe machine. EVERY TIME. even people who ordered after me get their stuff first even though all i ordered was a DRINK. then I have to walk up and remind them about my frappe, even though I shouldn’t have to. then it’s melted because they left it in there so long and tell me i have to wait for them to make me a new one. it’s happened every single time. there’s no excuse. terrible service.

I always order online through the app and even through the app it takes 15 mins or more to receive food. I thought the service would be faster since I order it ahead of time. But instead I wait for 15 mins or more for my food. Employees are very rude and dismissive as well.

Good Afternoon. This morning after DEL truck 🚛 loaded trailer. I visited This horrible establishment☹️ The Opening mgr exhibited awful behavior, terrible service. A visitor enter the store allowing his dog 🐕 to "run about" as if it's his Home 🏡. I understand the frequency of some guests; feel comfortable acting rudely, in allowing a pet in a restaurant. Violently shedding fur uncontrollably. The details follows. I filled a complaint; the campaign for the Injustice " It's happening".

Vegetarian options: Remedial training is necessary! Hopefully Opening mgr removed 😕😔

Parking: I'm a CDL A over the road driver whom thought I can park and enjoy hot biscuit and coffee. Wrong!

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. They want to bring the dog and let it run around in the restaurant. Super unsanitary

All I ask for everything I've gone there is extra onions and almost every time they have messed it up. This time they put no onions at all! And it was the manager that took my order... Do better McDonalds have better standards for your employees.

The 2 female employees working at night on 12/19 were clearly unhappy to be working! After shopping I stopped in and asked if they were open, the older lady replied "I wish we weren't" and younger lady was annoyed to take my order! I guess they were close to closing so were annoyed and rude. Horrible service so I just left since they seemed bothered and didn't want to help!
