Good Afternoon. This morning after DEL truck 🚛 loaded trailer. I visited This horrible establishment☹️ The Opening mgr exhibited awful behavior, terrible service. A visitor enter the store allowing his dog 🐕 to "run about" as if it's his Home 🏡. I understand the frequency of some guests; feel comfortable acting rudely, in allowing a pet in a restaurant. Violently shedding fur uncontrollably. The details follows. I filled a complaint; the campaign for the Injustice " It's happening".
Vegetarian options: Remedial training is necessary! Hopefully Opening mgr removed 😕😔
Parking: I'm a CDL A over the road driver whom thought I can park and enjoy hot biscuit and coffee. Wrong!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. They want to bring the dog and let it run around in the restaurant. Super unsanitary

All I ask for everything I've gone there is extra onions and almost every time they have messed it up. This time they put no onions at all! And it was the manager that took my order... Do better McDonalds have better standards for your employees.

The 2 female employees working at night on 12/19 were clearly unhappy to be working! After shopping I stopped in and asked if they were open, the older lady replied "I wish we weren't" and younger lady was annoyed to take my order! I guess they were close to closing so were annoyed and rude. Horrible service so I just left since they seemed bothered and didn't want to help!

Frequently messes up my order and night staff will lie saying they are out of cookies but tells my dasher that they just never wanted to make them . We stopped going to this one, and started going to the one down the street. SO much better in customer service, and they actually remained “stocked” on items.

The lady with the pretty eyes and red glasses (I believe the shift lead due to her grey uniform) was very friendly and nice and helped me with my order. Should definitely keep her.
However the other lady that was lumpy and grumpy kept huffing every time I tried getting help from her. She rolled her eyes multiple times because I pointed out she forgot multiple things in my order. Should definitely get rid of this one.

The manager you have that is wearing the pink shirt is rude, how is she going to come up and scream at me because someone asked me to meet them there to help them fill out something and another person asked me what I do for a living and I explained it. Thank you for screaming at me and kicking me out qnd screaming at me for being a solicitor when I was not soliciting. How is she a manager? This is just as bad as you guys picking ice off the counter to put in customers cups

Employees don't wait on you when you are standing at the cash register. I had to ask to be waited on, and then they acted like I was bothering them. The food was cold. Our restaurants are lacking in customer service.

They only had 3 people working, it was a mess. Food on the floor someone spilled soda, and all that was done was the wet floor sign was put out. All I kept thinking about was I wonder if they have roaches, mice, a health code violation. This McDonald's is located inside a Walmart. I have never seen this place look so bad. I should have taken pictures to back up what I saw. Never again,never again!
