I’ve been going here for years food is always good and the service is usually great. On the evening of 11/28 my family and I ordered through the app for the first time and I was missing my GF pasta. We called the restaurant and the lady’s on the phone were awesome Super polite went above and beyond to even try and contact the delivery driver to bring me my food. Unfortunately, my food never arrived But that’s not their fault. And they issued me a refund for the missing items so I can order it again. Great customer service thank you to the Olive Garden team😀😀

Waited 1 hr 45 min for soup and breadsticks, walked in because they never came out to our spot. We got cold food, I should had asked for a refund 😤

I was sitting at a booth with my friend and we had the worst service from Amy Jo, she was rude and said she denied serving us because she felt “uncomfortable” We noticed the rest of her tables had folks who looked like her and we were the only black women she was servicing. Her service was so bad that the new General Manager had to intervene. I’m grateful for her but that Amy Jo needs a reality check. My friend went to the bathroom and heard Amy tell the general manager we were “nasty women”

Ok they have been out of all red wine for weeks. The salad is full of old stale lettuce . Soup cold and Bellini tasted water down. Servedr was nice. I just don’t understand how the company does not go to the liquor store and pu red wine especially when server said they are going on 3 weeks. Maybe they are closing the store.

Plz avoid this place if possible the customer service is horrible. Management is not good. They set us right down then Waited over a hour to get our food 25.min to get a refill on drinks horrible for 110$ ill take my business else where... management did not even know that kitchen was backed up kitchen manager did not communicate to front house ! This location needs some serious help....

We have dined here several times and it's always been a great experience. Good service and good food. Today we dined in for my wife's birthday. Our server, Maria G., was excellent. We had a glitch with an online gift card, but the staff was very attentive to resolve it, and see to it that we got our discount.

Everything was on point. Great meal!
