New Dessert Item: Dough with a dash of cinnamon. Taste exactly as it looks, plain. Thing was harder than life itself. Didn’t even eat a full slice. Sigh. 😮💨

I love Peter Piper pizza. This place is really good. We always come for birthdays or just for the buffet. It’s a great price for the pizza you can get and it can be expensive when you’re paying for a lot of kids to be playing arcades But it’s still a really good place

This is one of the times I wish I could leave negative stars. Made order in app. Said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Got there 31 minutes later still took about 15 minutes. They were kind of busy so not a big deal. When I got home I was missing a dessert. I go back thinking it was just forgot. The girl at the counter basically called me a liar then told me it would be 20 minutes to make another one. I will not be back. It’s bad enough $20 worth of pizza cost $70 that is theft enough but to not give you what you ordered then act like I would come and lie about a dessert pizza. I hope they close down soon

The pizza and bread sticks were good (the pepsi tasted funny) but it was a zoo! They had the tables set up so close together that there was barely any walking room and if you had to get up you were blocking off the aisle and felt like you were in the way of someone else's party. The game area was super crazy! There are so many games (and a few of them didn't work properly) that you had to wait for someone to finish their game so you could pass by. It honestly felt like the place was over capacity because of how crowded it was. They do have parties late because the tables set up next to ours was for a party that wasn't starting till 10PM or so the employees behind the counter said. It was super loud with all the kids running around and the 4 or 5 different parties all going at once, but if you were sitting right next to the person you were talking to you could hear them. Overall it was a fun experience for my first time but it can definitely be overstimulating.

Pizza is so good, no border extra sauce well done pepperoni pies do not disappoint and the veggie pizza with jalapeños is so fresh. The staff are all hard at work to accommodate the crowds. I never leave there disappointed. When they make a mistake, the staff is quick to make it right. The kids enjoy their time playing games and I get my game time in on the terminator game!

It is so hot in this locations everyone is sweating the air is literally heavy and thick. I don't think they are getting proper ventilation. This location has very limited games and not in good condition.
The cook is wearing headphones, our pizza was supposed to be half pep and half pineapple and the pineapple was in every slice, the cinnamon crunch woth extra extra frosting bwas burnt and tasted like burnt toast i asked for a remake and got it back under cook n still dough and almost no frosting. Waited 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the counter and no one would mind you it was not that busy. So I left the food at the counter grabbed our stuff n left. The lady in the black shirt was rude the floors were gross and the soda dispenser 5 of the drink types were out one machine ice didn't work there was flies AND IT WAS ALMOST 90 DEGREES INSIDE THE LOCATION. I will be contacting for a full refund i didn't spend $74 on food for it to be that horrible.

We purchased our food purchased our Game cards . The kids wanted to cash in their tickets, and the manager said they didn't have help to do it. I believe this is unacceptable. We pay for the time and experience and for the kids to have fun. Including this, the place was very hot inside.
$70 for 2 kids to play for 90 mins and more than half the games were broken. Thats not including the food cost. Over 10 machines were out of order. I was considering buying the summer pass and Im very glad I did not.
All the machines that do work, now only earn like 1-10 tickets. 100% not worth the amount it cost.

I'm just leaving this establishment, where the staff's customer service was TERRIBLE! One employee's hair was unruly and unkept.. and he was making pizza and handling food! No one was friendly or willing to assist others at the prize pod.

What it the its not delivered its Degiorno is this. They really went to the walmart frozen section and got some pizza and called it good lol.
This place is getting worse by the minute corporate needs to check their cameras to see how often their workers stand around and do nothing (night shift)
They are always so rude even the managers that work the night shift I’ve order here about 3 times now in the night and each time I had to complain because they either do my pizza wrong or never put it in oven than I have to wait longer
I spoke to a cashier at one point of time who is always so nice to me she’s short never got her name and she apologized for any inconvenience that may have happened the 3 times well the manager or who ever where’s black the lady with glasses kind of chunky just rolls her eyes like why roll your eyes if you would do your job and not be playing around I wouldn’t have to complain and even a time a younger lady with blond hair or maybe light brown in a black shirt had did the same thing one night but now tonight is the 4th time in the night shift they get my order wrong &I get thin crust&i didn’t even bother to check before leaving because I thought my wife would have and usually I do but to get home it’s thin crust tried calling and lady put me on hold was on there for 11mins before I hung up this is ridiculous general manager or district really needs to step in because iknow im not the first maybe not even the last to write a ridiculous review because lack from their employees

I came for my sons birthday party and while I was clearly standing next in line, the lady behind the counter pointed to the guy behind me and said I can help who’s next and the guy looking just as puzzled as I was said I believe he was next and so she all of the sudden decided to help me then but then I purchased a card and it didn’t dispense and they wasted a half hour of my time trying to figure it out I was so pissed off I honestly wasn’t even hungry for that cardboard pizza, but the manager straightened it all out for me so I’ll give it
The people are nice and the side salad and wings were good but the crust tasted terrible but at least it was crunchy.
