Peter Piper Pizza

I came for my sons birthday party and while I was clearly standing next in line, the lady behind the counter pointed to the guy behind me and said I can help who’s next and the guy looking just as puzzled as I was said I believe he was next and so she all of the sudden decided to help me then but then I purchased a card and it didn’t dispense and they wasted a half hour of my time trying to figure it out I was so pissed off I honestly wasn’t even hungry for that cardboard pizza, but the manager straightened it all out for me so I’ll give it

The people are nice and the side salad and wings were good but the crust tasted terrible but at least it was crunchy.

Asked for lightly cooked, pizza came out hard as cardboard. Great place for families, needs better management to ensure customers feel welcomed at all hours of the day.

Called and ordered $90 worth of pizza get there to pick up order and they didn’t have it said I ordered it from door dash which was a lie

I watched a guy preparing the pizzas using his hands to distribute the cheese then use his palms to press down on the pizza then grab a handful of pepperoni and put it on the pizza never wearing gloves. Disgusting to watch.

I honestly came here with my granddaughter with low expectations. I've heard stories about the lackluster food and slow service. While the food preparation did take quite some time, 45 minutes for a pizza and cinnamon dessert pizza at a not yet busy time of day, the food itself was much better than expected. Generously loaded 5 meat pizza cooked just right, delicious cinnamon dessert pizza also overflowing with icing and standard fountain drinks. It was a bit pricey compared to other local pizzeria offering but my grandkids enjoyed the food and the extra game time provided by the slower service so it balanced the afternoon out. All in all an above average experience despite preconceived expectations.

We arrived at your restaurant at 9:45 knowing that they say they saw at 11 pm the lady told us that they were about to saw I think it was a bad experience I think they should respect the schedule Asia your customers my children are idols of your pizza

$20.59 for a regular pepperoni pizza. Good pizza, but really expensive for a pizza chain

I ordered carryout Pizza. Assuming that you go to the carryout to pay for it, I was wrong. One of the managers assistant manager I'm sure ask me did you pay for it? I said not yet but then you have to wait in line like everybody else. So I asked if the carryout sign was just there for the looks of it. She says nope you have to wait in line like everybody else I didn't feel too happy about that and then I had to wait for almost an hour and a half just to get my pizza that I ordered online. I understand that sometimes they get busy but rude and busy. Don't go together. After all that, she decided she should apologize to me.

Me and my family got the lunch buffet and we were not able to get a box for are left overs so the food wouldn't get wasted but after we couldn't get the box we wrapped are remaining pizza in napkins and the worker came over to us and told us that we couldn't and didn't left us take it home Peter piper pizza needs to fix this problem

First time there.. Overall experience was good! Only thing(s) that made this a 3 star I stead of 5, is there's not an actual way to earn tickets so you can exchange them for prizes at the end of your time there. Plus, the slushies not being unlimited sucks.. majority of the tables were dirty the entire time I was there and no it wasn't packed so I don't innerstand why the workers lacked in that regard. The customer service was cool though. no attitudes or anything.. Work on fixing your broken machines and the other things, and you alls business would be 5 star indeed!!
