The manager or assistant manager is rude and unprofessional to her employees. Giving unnecessary attitude to the cashier. Peter Piper Pizza General Managers need to redirect/train their "managers" on how customer service should be displayed. This store needs help! If you want to succeed as a business have some decency and respect towards your employees.."managers"! I feel sorry for the employees trying to get paid and are treated poorly by the higher people who should be helping instead of putting down the employees. That's not how you succeed as a team.

The food was better than I expected, the dessert pizza and cheesy bread were especially good! Several of the games were broken, but that's pretty normal everywhere. If you haven't been in a while, you will notice the game area has been condensed a bit, making it far too crowded. The girl working the ticket counter was so sweet, patient, and accommodating with little kids.

The incompetence at this location is unmatched to any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I think maybe 1/10 of my orders is actually what I ordered. It’s like they just really don’t care and do whatever.
Pizza is good. But... NONE of the games worked and they are over priced - total SCAM. When we decided to get our "prize" and leave, we waited 20 minutes just to get tootsie rolls that were harder than a rock. When we asked for our money back (just for the tokens), the person stated "that's not what I do" and walked away. So we walked away and will never return.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I ordered a large pizza and it was supposed to be here around 8:15 pm, then it was delayed and was going to be here around 8:45 pm, then it was delayed again and I was told it would be here by 9:09 pm then it was delayed yet again and I was told it would be here by 9:45 pm. I requested napkins, utensils, parmesan and red pepper however I got none of the items I requested. The pizza was barely warm, so I had to reheat it putting me eating at 10:00 pm instead of 8:30 pm and the pizza wasn't even really good. I will NEVER eat at Peter Piper again. I usually eat at Domino's but I wanted to support other businesses. Next time I will definitely listen to my gut.
