If I could give negative I honestly would. They forgot some items on our order (for delivery). Which I said “stuff happens, I’ll just call”. All the sudden then PAYTON at a manager call center said “you could always come pick it up”. Then said “we will get a manager” put me on hold for 18mins! Hung up! I then called AGAIN and stated “I was on hold for 18mins and you hung up” they THEN PROCEEDED TO HANG UP ON ME AGAIN. Very unprofessional, incompetent, and down right rude. Honestly insane.

I used to live in casa grande from 1996 until 1997 and during that time I was a driver for this pizza hut. The job was going good until one night I took an order that was off pinal rd. I was going to the address and came across a very bad accident with five people were killed down to casa grande road which is what I had to do and then I had to go up casa grande road and then make my way back to canal road and make my delivery well that made me late getting back and the manager's wife got mad and sent me home because she said I took too long I tried explaining to her what happened and she wouldn't listen so the next morning when the paper came out I grabbed paper and that accident was on the front page and I took it to work that afternoon and I showed her this is the accident that I saw. I said it wasn't fun saying five dead people in the road and you sent me home like I'm some child that doesn't know anything for something that I had no control over. I told her I ain't no child and I'm not stupid. She apologized and I said don't apologize because first of all you treated me like I'm some child that don't know nothing and guess what that's unacceptable and I went on to work.

This Pizza Hut is horrible, the manager yells at employees & customers. They use door dash so she says she can’t refund the orders. The pizza had no sauce they sent us the wrong order or ran out of sauce and wouldn’t make it right.

My husband and I saw a commercial on TV about the Cheesy Bites Pizza and Ranch Flight. It looked very yummy. So we decided to try it today for lunch. And we were not disappointed. The pizza was served fresh and hot. The crust was just right, soft and yummy. Also, our server was very sweet and helpful. Go check it out!
I will never order here again. The pizza was dry and cut wrong. I am amused how when I ordered the pizza online, it asked me for a tip and didn't add one ( because I am driving myself to pick up my own pizza, not delivery). And I paid online. So when I went to pick up my order, they gave me a receipt to sign, with the tip recommendation on it. Now I do tip. But not when I pick up my order. A tip for what, doing your job. There was no above and beyond service given me, no cleaning up my eating area, no drink refills, nada. Then my pizza experience was ruined anyways because it was too dry to eat. I wasted my money. I will eat Little Ceasars before I ever go back to Pizza Hut.
