Rili-B's Taco Shop Casa Grande

I am really disappointed in Rili B’s. I have ordered chipotle salsa every single time once I discovered it and I was so happy. Months ago I ordered in shop and was charged extra for it all of a sudden. I called the shop only to speak to the manager and he told me it’s extra when the app says it’s not. So I was trying to understand his thinking and I stopped ordering it on the side. Today I get a potato burrito and ask for it inside and he still wants to say it’s an extra charge and it’s not!! If you can’t get your app to work properly over a 4-5 months span then don’t be faulting the customer for having it added. He had his cashier let me know next time he’s not adding it. I won’t be coming back over something so petty. I couldn’t even get the cilantro I asked for. They had ample opportunity to call me and address this issue but never did and I’m not going to be faulted for the app not showing an extra charge. I will take my business elsewhere.

🚨IDC IDC IDC!!! This is my go to taco spot. I won't even b.s. you sometimes depending on who you get && the shift you could end up unhappy. But fa meh! For this girlie pop!! You gone see me! 8pm. 3am. Don't matter. I believe the food is good and yes sometimes they be slow but my food has always been hot. Jose! Jose! That my nigga. He knows I'm the consume lady and he make sure I got mines (although tonight's consume was a lil oily, tighten it up! Thick and flavorful dawg) I'ma give em my money 🤑💰 now what I will say to keep it a buck 💯 y'all gotta fix the app to include any crunchy taco for the Tuesday deal. Also...y'all expensive buy 3 get 1 free go the lonnnnngggg way!! Also, can y'all do something about the points we get from not ordering online?? I need that. Anywho, I'll leave you with this: either it'll be cheap and fast but not good or slow and good but expensive. Pick ya poison.

Absolutely delicious! Also open 24hrs in a post-Covid world! Tacos are perfection, burritos are large and amazing, horchata on point. I can’t believe this is the only location, it needs to be in every state!

Its kinda cool to have a mexican resteraunt style food in a drive thru 24Hrs. Not the best mexinav food but the usual 24hr fast food taco place dosent come close

I ordered a cili rellano plate, drove from the takeout window to my house obly to discover that the guacamole was brown from sitting out for hours. When I took it back, the manager actually asked me if it was from today. When the lady who helped me in the drive through said yes, he tried to lie to me that it was due to the heat. The container wasn't hot. That manager lost a long term customer instantly. I didn't bother to tell him that I grew up with an avocado tree in my back yard...his lying and lack of service was worse than the 8 hour old guacamole.

The food here is always good, but they really outdid themselves with this Birria Ramen! Such a comforting meal on a chilly evening. Everything is always cooked to order, but still comes out fast. This has become a favorite spot to swing by for a quick, delicious meal after running errands all day.

Order thru Grubhub very fast delivery within 25 minutes. It was off peak about 2:00 pm. Driver followed directions to ring doorbell so my food was hot and not sitting in cold concrete very long. I also used my $5 from last delivery compensation credit paid $1.34 service and free delivery thru Amazon prime account.
