I ordered a burger with no pickles (allergic) and add bacon. I got home to a burger with pickles and no bacon and no receipt. I called and spoke with Austin who informed me to come back at anytime, give his name and be given a remade order. When I went back the employees informed me Austin no longer works here and my name wasn't written down anywhere so they couldn't honor THEIR ERROR. I hate company's that do not right their wrongs it's very unfortunate. I wanted to rate 0 stars.

This SONIC is horrible!! We ordered once and our order was jacked up and the loaded tots looked and tasted horribly!!! Why we went again today, well......idk but I wanted a corn dog! Um ....here it is (click on photos on their page)....burnt!! The Manager should be fired at this place!!! The people working there don't give 2 sh$ts about making the food decent, a direct reflection of the Manager!!!

The food was not good at all. I also ordered a sonic blast and they stopped selling peanut butter cups. So I guess I won’t be buying from here anymore. They need to have corporate come down and really look how things are done there. I used to love sonic and now sadly I won’t be back.

Went to Sonic tonight and the service was amazing! I was greeted at the speaker with a warm voice. When I got to the window the attendant made sure to read back my order and offer any condiments while I waited on my food. The food came out hot and fresh and I could not have enjoyed it more! Love coming here

Mel is amazing! He handled our order and it was perfect. I have picky kids. Mel's manners are impeccable. Idk who raised this wonderful young man but they must be so proud!! We'll be back and hope to see him again!
Third trip was not success. Our first trip was good with a specialty sandwich. Second trip was much less successful. We didn't ever get service outside. So, we gave them a third chance. My wife's burger was just ok. I had the chicken sandwich. Well, I thought that was what I was getting. Turned out to be the size of an appetizer.Not worth the effort.

I asked for a large blueberry slushy with real strawberry.. I got a Styrofoam cup ( looked like a medium) non see thru.i didn't like that. I got a sprinkle of strawberry seeds that were artafishal... !!! I sent it back asked for a grape one that had a scratch and sniff flavor!! Totally bad!! And hamburger was hardl and dry( a jalapeno burger)..another scratch and sniff item!! I come from California and we get a full very large drink see thru cup with REAL STRAWBERRYS that you can see and pick out and taste!! and real jalapeno fresh and didn't come from a can..this place over here is clearly understaffed and need the outside tables cleaned and the monitors WORKING!! I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER!!!!!!!!! I don't recommend nothing out of hear!!!

Found mold on my six inch coney dog bun called into store to ask for a refund. They are giving me the run around about wanting the entire order refunded, but I feel I do deserve a full refund because I am not eating anything from there.
