I love these Dragon Fruit Pink drinks! The crunchy bits of Dragon fruit are so yummy! And you can change up the flavors depending on how you want it! So far it is a contest between the dragon fruit with coconut milk and the dragon fruit with lemonade! Trying a different drink each time you go is a lot of fun! And I love how the people don't make you feel dumb when you ask their suggestions!

I visit this location quite frequently, even with the other options to get my Starbucks in town because the service and the way my drink is made at this location, is ABOVE ALL! The supervisor Jasmine is always helpful with a smile on her face, ready to make my drink (which she has memorized by the way)! Too often in customer service, employees just go through the motions in a “blah” robotic fashion but Jasmine and her employees are always eager to help and make sure that I get what I came in for and that I’m satisfied with my order. Starbucks could really use more “Jasmine’s” as the face of their franchise as an exemplary model of management and customer service!

In a Safeway. The coffee drink I ordered was very sweet. When I asked if they could add some more coffee to it, they were very rude and got defensive about my request and said we'll have to charge you extra. The employees complained to their manager, and she finally came over and added more coffee for me and apologized for her new and rude employees ?

Overall bad experience. Im upset because this place over charges and makes drinks stingily. Also Jasmin has a bad attitude everytime. Its crazy to me how i showed them proof that they were adding a dollar extra (thinking it was a mistake) she said “no thats how its supposed to be charged everywhere else does it wrong, ill give them a call and make sure they change it” like what? The photo below shows how every other starbucks charges their matcha cold foam and this place charges $1 for cold foam THEN 1.25 for matcha! Unbelievable. I’m gonna have to tell everyone i know that comes to this starbucks that theyre most likely to be paying more and they should avoid. I dont like being taken advantage of because i work hard for every dollar i make as does everyone else.

Tofay 1145am, first, the barista asks do I want to see the list of drinks they're out of. Its a long paper hand written list taped the customer facing side of the register. I answer "No, I just eant a grande dark roast coffee". He telks me they only have dark roast until 9am. ?? So I ask for a pour over. He looks blank, says no, they just have Pike's. No Pije's today. I go on my way To Fru's Msrketplace kiosk, because I dont care fur Pike's or this Safeway Starbucks. When I come to this store, I come for the Starbucks along with any items or shopping I am in need of. I guess I will go check out the retired or homeless dude who has s staked out the Starbucks table at Fry's Marketplace for his daytime home. He is there every single trip. Bye Safeway Starbucks. Get a handle on your staffing and inventory.

They are trash at making the drinks. I went here a few times and so did my family, and there’s always something wrong. Got a drink earlier after months of not coming to this Starbucks and it was still trash. So we’ll just stop going. It’s never blended all the way, i taste ice that isn’t blended, and sometimes they don’t look at the order correctly. There’s always something wrong with orders. The one on Florence is way better. The one on Pinal is too. This one is just eh.
